Great Onboarding Expeirence with Hostaway employee [sensitive content hidden]
Overall: It was great and I cant believe we didn't use this software sooner. It is going to save me SO much time its crazy! Pros: I most liked the person that was given the task of the onboarding sessions with me, [sensitive content hidden]. He was SO knowledgeable about every single thing and had an answer for every single question i had Cons: I would have like to do more than one session a week. After so many sessions they only allow for you to do one onboard session per week.

Best PMS in the international market
Pros: Professional support and owner statement Cons: Only supported language is English! Automatic payment is working only with Stripe or baintree (not both) at the same time. Payment by Klarna via stripe is not possible. Paypal is not working with stripe payment

We highly recommend Hostaway
Overall: Hostaway helps us manage hundreds of rentals and is a huge help. Pros: Hostaway makes our lives easy for the short term rentals. Cons: I can't think of anything I like least about this software.

WORST PMS EVER!!!!! STAY AWAY!
Overall: This is by far the worst experience with a PMS in my life. If I knew the hell I was about to put myself through I would just given the money and drop them on the spot. We have taken legal actions reqeusting all our money back from this scam software, where almost nothing works! Pros: Fairly easy to use Friendly interface Easy to enter a reservation Cons: $2

Really bad customer service and communication
Overall: Really bad customer service terrible communication. Pros: It was supposed to let me operate everything at one place. They're supposed to be a bunch of onboarding one-on-one seminars Cons: The company misrepresented that I could handle multiple currencies for condos and multiple countries. Once I onboarded both my condos only thereafter I was told it could not. I complained about this and then ended up finding a silly work around by simply removing one of my condos and only keeping one on hostaway. I haven't heard from anybody since. There's been no communication from customer service and no communication from the one-on-one seminars for which I only had one

Good solution
Overall: In general, I am very happy with the software because I have been able to centralize my tourist apartments in a single software, whereas before I had 1 application for each booking portal (VRBO, AIRBNB, BOOKING.COM...). Pros: Being able to control all my properties from one single software Cons: At the beginning the learning curve is steep

Great Technical Support
Overall: If the rest of the team is like the support I received from Technical Support then I will be a very delighted customer. Pros: Fast, clear and detailed responses by [sensitive content hidden] from Technical Support Cons: No issues with Technical Support however billing was rather quick off the mark as I have started receiving invoices and I haven’t even started the onboarding process yet.
