Silk route comes alive
What a remarkable holiday we had, thanks to Mikhail and his team. When we were just wondering about Uzbekistan, he suggested adding Tajikistan and we are so happy to have got it customized with few days of self exploration. Centrally located hotels means we had lots of time at hand for walking tours. All hiccups were instantly taken care of, whether it was the visa or the immigration or hotel canceling at the last moment. Special mention for the guides to the historic cities, who were an institution in themselves. We had so much to learn about the layers of central asian civilizations and their interconnections with the world. The silk route never came more alive for us than this. His passion for central asia was genuinely reflected at the farewell lunch, wherein he ensured we got a taste of the countries we couldn’t visit.Look forward to more interesting travels with him.

11 days Ubzekistan itinerary with an excellent travel agent and cyustomer service
Irene Plus travel agent and the owner Mikhail are really excellent and very professional. We went this November for 11 days all over Uzbekistan and everything was organised perfectly. Mikhail is so passionate for his work and he was informing all the time about everything so as we felt really safe and careless. I am very happy we have chosen this travel agent. It is one of the best from all the travel agents I have cooperate in different countries. It is really highly recommended. I have not just a small negative thing to say. Everything was perfect.

This is one of the best and most organised tours I have ever taken. Mikhail helped me arrange my travels in Uzbekistan and was very responsive on emails and messages. Some more details about our experience: From day one after contacting Irene+, Mikhail listened, iterated patiently, and created the perfect 10-day itinerary for me and my partner across Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. He took our comments, told us where we should think about things differently, brought an expert perspective, took our specific needs into close consideration, and gave us an airport-to-airport itinerary that combined guided tours with free personal time to explore.We arrived to a driver waiting for us at Tashkent airport and Mikhail himself waiting for us at our hotel with the most organized binder of information I've ever seen, two prepaid SIM cards, full contact details for everyone we would interact with, a gift for us, and a smile on his face. Any doubts I had about the trip evaporated the minute I met him. His contacts across the country are unparalleled, and everyone we worked with in each city spoke highly of him and the people he works with. When we arrived back in Tashkent, he even made sure to take us to dinner and talk about our trip in minute detail. when you have finished your trip in this amazing country and you still keep in touch with Michael (the owner of Irene plus travel) that means a lot! it means that you have met a PRO (professional) guy that understands your needs and gives you back more, than what you were waiting for!

a/ don't skip TERMEZ, especially if you are Greek
b/ and ofourse who is the best guy to be with in Termez? Serghei! just go with him! Michael is going to take care of everything!

Aral Sea experience
Just a few days ago I went to the Aral Sea with Mike's company and I am so happy having chosen them! The trip was very well organised and carefully prepared. The whole process of booking, payment and then starting the trip went very smoothly, and with no problems at all also because Mike is a very helpful person and replies nearly straight away to any email. There was no issue with adjusting meals to my needs even though I informed about it pretty late. I was also advised about the equipment I may need, received the detailed plan and answeres to all my questions. The trip guide was very professional, very knowledgable but also was super friendly and interesting to have a conversaton with. I was also very impressed with the skills of teh driver - the roads in the desert are in a terrible contiotion but it felt safe with him driving. Also the car was really comfortable so another big adventage as the journey takes long time. The remainings of the Aral Sea, the ship cementary and the area leaves you with a pessimistic impression and it's not the trip that you can call fantastic and amazing, but it is definately a must see and must do experince. I can strongly recommend this tour with Mike as the operator. Strong 5 stars!

Perfect from airport to airport
Irene+ put together a custom 11-day itinerary for me. I went for the photography opportunities, and Mikhail and his associates put together an incredible tour of Uzbekistan. All guides were informed and very patient with my camera fiddling.From the well-prepared welcome package at the hotel, to guides and hotels, a leisurely pace with lots of free time, nice vehicles and a close contact over WhatsApp every morning, to the final transfer to Samarkand airport worked perfectly. The single misunderstanding was fixed in under 30 minutes.Mikhail's guides were varied and personal, and really took the time to sit down to lunch and just talk. Having the opportunity and access to locals in that way made this a very, very special trip.Apart from amazing Samarkand I want to highlight the northern Ustyurt Plateau. At first I didn't understand why it was on the itinerary, but it is like another planet high above the Aral Sea.

From the initial contact we had a very good impression and once we started the trip all was organised just perfectly. Everyone knew what to do - all people were on time - we never had to wait or were in a unconvinient situation. Mikhail was always reachable for questions.
