I’ve used this company for 4 years every quarter. I’m that wife that has a million Amazon boxes come per week lol and between that and my growing family and multiple moves, they are always professional, efficient, and on time! I really love their staff and I’m forever a customer!

Both gentlemen were very professional and efficient in the junk removal process.

IREP managed to move a 300lb elliptical machine from my loft to their trailer without my lifting a finger. They analyzed the situation, made a plan and executed it within minutes.

Got some good finds and had fun shooting baskets for a discount. Friendly staff. Price of books is high for thrift store.
Updated for response: Usually the thrift stores I go to are $1 for HB and 50 cents for PBs.

Love this thrift store! It’s so clean and has awesome little finds. You can tell they truly look through the items they collect and take in. Bonus you get to shoot hoops for a little extra discount!

Above and beyond from start to finish. I worked with Daphne on an item listed on social media. She was courteous and responsive to my requests. I know firsthand how challenging this can be as an occasional seller myself. Mia was the MVP by saving me a second trip from Leander. Google and I underestimated Austin traffic with an approx. arrival at 5:30. Needless to say even with a 30 minute buffer I realized I wasn't going to make it by 6:00pm. She checked but no one was going to be available after posted business hours. I was desperate, being three miles away stuck in traffic jams, asking for an option she recommended against and for good reason (paying over the phone and leaving outside). She graciously decided to stay just after closing to accommodate me. I arrived trying to hurry and pay so she could leave and she had the nerve to say "feel free to check it out"...like c'mon who does that these days? This says A LOT to me about a person and how much they care. Employees like this at minimum should be recognized and highly valued if not rewarded with pay increase/promotion over time. This review is the least I can do in appreciation and to hopefully paint a small picture at what kind of folks you would do business with here. They have a great mission so check out their clean and friendly storefront or visit the website for other services. I will definitely keep them in mind and refer to others.

This place is much more than just a business. You can do a little good yourself while doing your business!

IREP is my fav thrift store in Austin by far!! They carefully launder all clothing and linens prior to them going out for resale. The store is so bright and well organized and they do an incredible job of rotating inventory so there is always something new to find. Highly recommend!

Always find real treasures at this shop. Staff are the friendliest! I love the option to play a little arcade basketball for a discount. So much fun! Happy to support a business that does so much for others too — their commitment to charitable giving and community involvement is really impressive.

Removed an elliptical exercise machine in minutes. I couldn’t even lift it and they managed to get it downstairs and out the door safely, quickly and damage free.
