The process of getting nescessary documents from the developer was complicated but Samantha and the team did a really good job, going many times to discuss the status, connecting and updating on regular basis, giving clear guidance on the next steps, and reassurance with the process. Having some friend going through the same transactions , i can definitely see the difference. Samantha was always available to answer questions, looking for solutions to fast track.
