We absolutely loved our stay. We are absolutely planning on a return trip. Everyone is super friendly, and we loved watching all of the boats go by!! Paddleboat rentals included were super fun! We were able to enjoy a full day after check out at the little lake and then shower at marina store before heading home.We will be back!

We wanted an experience and staying in a houseboat is just that! Laid back, fun and plenty to do in the area!

We had a good time. Mostly.Every square inch of the cabin is used and used wisely. The hosts really go the extra mile to make things comfy. Everything was clean.The bathroom is...different. The listing says it's a bathroom/shower combo, but we couldn't figure out the shower part. As noted, there are nicer bath and shower accommodations in the clubhouse. The bed in the back of the cabin can really only sleep one person comfortably. Another person could easily sleep on the couch in the front of the cabin. Due to this, I would think the boat works better as a "party" setting than a "romantic" setting.If you plan to sit out on the bow of the boat, bring bug spray. The gnats can be fierce.There is going to be some train noise from the nearby railroad tracks.The light in the bathroom wasn't working when we were there. And on our last night, the door somehow latched itself shut from the inside and we almost couldn't get back in. We reported both of these issues to the clubhouse.

Great, hosts. Exceptionally friendly and very responsive. Communication was easy. Loved the hospitality. The place was unique to say the least, adults and kids equally enjoyed it. We came to relax cruising on the Mississippi and do some fishing. Weather was great which was an added bonus and the property was perfectly located at the edge of the harbor and river and getting in and out was super easy plus we had our boat conveniently tied next to the house. Got to meet some locals who were pleasant and friendly and learn some interesting tales. Would recommend to anyone to experience this style of living and enjoy the local community.

Staying on a boat was unique. The marina was quiet, only a few people were staying in their boats. Tucked in the corner gave us a feel of privacy. A few quirks in the boat can be overlooked in trade for the overall experience. We were there when it was hot, AC went out but they got right to it and fixed it. We went for a drive while it cooled back down. Just a thought, if one has a disability with mobility as my wife does and you're a little on the XL side of life like I am......the bed although very comfortable is difficult to get in and out of. Fishing was better than I expected and the surrounding area of Savannah and Clinton is beautiful. It was a good stay.

GREAT location along the Mississippi. Loved sitting on the deck for coffee, drinks/ relaxation.Shower house/ bathrooms are convenient and updated/ well kept. Perfect for a couple's weekend!

Absolutely fantastic! Exceeded my expectations!

The Lily Pad was an exceptional opportunity for an stress-free getaway. The hosts were outgoing and friendly. They were eager to answer our questions and help us make the most of our stay. The interior of the boat was cozy and clean. The boat itself created a unique platform for fishing and sunshine! We loved being able to venture to the lake to use paddle board and pedal boats. The area itself offered many attractions—-restaurants, caves, etc—-but honestly it was hard for us to tear ourselves away from just enjoying the boat and surroundings! We will definitely be back. We loved this adventure!

Loved every minute of it!Kelly was very friendly and so very helpful! Had a family issue and she was very helpful in changing the dates to make it a better time! Definitely can’t wait to go back!

Very friendly hostess - and extremely helpful - carried ice to me, visited (very friendly) even carried bags to my car. Far and above help. Property was easy to get around. Boat tidy and adorable. Will definitely stay again and request the same boat - The Driftwood. You won’t be sorry!
