We had a poor experience with a pool plaster company and the plaster immediately failed after they brought in a careless start up person ( start up is the most important part of the properly curing the plaster.) I had held 75% of the job till successful completion and had the leverage to force the contractor to remove layers of plaster and re-plaster with a quartz finish
Chris with island time came highly recommended and I hired him to be an independent inspector and ensure that everything was done correctly and then after the plaster company was done the. Had him do the start up. He was professional and calm and addressed any issues that arose and ensured proper workmanship. There are times to bring in independent eyes and prevent corners being cut.
I am very pleased with the end result of a beautiful pool and how professional Chris Bowen handled himself in the entire process

Island Time Pool Service came out to our house super last minute on a holiday to help us with a pool pump that was not working. They figured out the problem in less than 10 minutes and had us up and running to enjoy our holiday (Labor Day) in the pool! Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be using their services again!
