Anche se in ritardo, desidero ringraziare il signor Cosimo Buzzerra, tour operator della Buzz experience a Brindisi, per la sua grande disponibilità ed estrema gentilezza con cui ha dato a me ed a 2 mie cugine provenienti da Venezia, la possibilità di trascorrere una giornata favolosa in Puglia. Era il periodo natalizio 2024 e in una sola giornata, con il suo comodissimo minivan, ci ha accompagnate a visitare Ostuni, Polignano a mare ed Alberobello, (3 posti, a dir poco, fantastici) guidandoci a scoprire ogni angolo di questi stupendi luoghi. Ripeteremo sicuramente questa bellissima esperienza per visitare altre bellissime località pugliesi.

We had a very good experience with this Tour operator. Our tour was cancelled due to the bad weather. However we were helped to find a good alternative, even when we decided to hire a car, he helped us to find a good rental car, finally we were able to make our own tour by ourself, thanks to Buzz Experience!

We had s full fantastic day arranged by Buzz. We went from Brindisi to Alberobello, Locorotundo and Ostuni. As a special treat we also visited an oliwe oil mill. Everything was perfecly arranged and in time.

After initial misunderstanding about our prearranged guided tour, Cosimo from Buzz Brindisi made best effort to meet our expectations. Although his agency organizes daily tours for at least 4 guests, we were 3 on that certain day. It was an amazing day from Brindisi to Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni and a beautiful surprise stop in Martina Franca at the old olive mill reconstructed with such a passion and love by its owner. As a native from Brindisi, Cosimo is full of interesting stories and information about every enchanting town and Apulia as a region. At the same time, he steps back at the right time to enable his guests to take a breath between numerous impressions. I am grateful that Cosimo listened to our wish list and enabled us to taste excellent burrata, mozzarella, local wine, beer and pasticio.
I recommend Buzz Brindisi as a responsible and highly professional yet welcoming and respectful agency for guided tours in Apulia.

Our stay at Brindisi was one of the best I've ever had. I'm happy and grateful that we met Cosimo. When we took the tour to Alberobello and other towns, he proved to be a great guide and a careful and excellent driver. We received an audio guide for more information and I like it a lot. The tour exceeded my expectations.
But it was not only the tour.
When we decided to buy some local products in Brindisi, we asked Cosimo for help. He took us to the shop and translated since we don't speak Italian. We bought various goods which were really delicious.
Besides knowing answers to all our questions, Cosimo is a very kind, friendly and helpful gentleman, who speaks perfect English.

We had a great trip in Puglia region. Mr. Cosmo took us around multiple towns - Alberobello, Ostuni, Locorotondo etc. He is an excellent host and guide!
