Attended church today at Jackson Creek Senior Living and was blown away with how kind and sincere the staff was. The church service was overflowing with people, love, mercy and grace. Thank you Dale!

The staff was incredibly kind and caring for my grandmother. And that means more than 5 stars.

Started off great its a steady full-time all year job. This company has had many changes from the top to the bottom unfortunately none of them are good staffing is always an issue and the staff that does work here just complains about others doing jobs! I was a hiusekeeper and never had any complaints for 10 months then i was promoted to maintenance were i did all the work orders then was switched back to housekeeping without notice, I hardly use PTO because it wont be approved till the next pay period despite giving 30 days notice. The time clock is slow and often freezes, management is very neglectful of communication and whenever equipment needs to be repaired we have trash that piles up and rather than anyone take initiative just play the blame game, tons of drama. I have to clean up condoms and feces and management tells me I don't do my Job! I have been here 16 months and worked 18 years I am there everyday and take pride in my work this company maybe decent to the residents but terrible to their employees! The residents told me all the time they appreciate what I do and I'm there for the paying customers every day and holiday and weekend I have stepped up and helped Maintenance and care staff on numerous occasions and when potential employers reach out and ask about me all they receive is negative feedback. The building is not secure anyone can get in you got 1 guy on maintenance who sleeps half the day and other in charge of maintenance who talks bad about his employees and hits on the director.

They are very good to their residents.

To say that I am impressed with the care professionals in the memory care unit is an understatement. I won't name names because I don't want to leave anyone out - every one of you who are helping my mom are special. I've never met such incredible people. I've overheard some of them outside my mom's room saying how much they enjoy - ENJOY - helping my mom in the bathroom. So thank you. I struggled with the decision to put my mom in a secure facility like this - I agonized over this decision thinking I could possibly care for her myself. I am so glad I decided to admit her.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. Our visit went very well.

Beautiful facility. Wonderful to see so many residents out and about, playing games, having tea in the dining room or sitting in the sun outside.

Very compassionate staff at such a trying time. So grateful for these professionals.

The staff is friendly and helped me get my friend in and out of the car. We had lunch in the dining room and it was very good.

Jackson Creek is a beautiful place. I'm so happy with the care being given to my husband Joe. He's still settling in they are all helping him along. I'm grateful.

Jackson Creek is a very nice place for senior living and memory care living. Laura gave us the complete tour. We saw several rooms - all were very nice. We now have to decide when to move my mom. 🙂 Update - 3/29/2024 We have moved my mom into Jackson Creek. She has been a resident for a couple months now. Every time we see her, we ask her if she still likes living at Jackson Creek. She always answers with an enthusiastic “Yes! I thoroughly enjoy living at Jackson Creek.” She likes the staff - they are always very accommodating and very helpful and always very pleasant. She likes her apartment - it’s plenty big and very relaxing. She likes the food - the meals are prepared restaurant style; the portions are generous and the quality is excellent. She likes the activities - she goes to several activities during the week, and always enjoys the outings and scenic drives away from the facility. She also spends a lot of time in the library reading books and magazines. I am very relieved that my mom likes living at Jackson Creek. The entire staff has been very easy to work with, and made the whole move from California very easy.
