I was surprised to get this review, I have no idea who this person is, have never even worked for them, and certainly can not remember ever talking to them, 99% of my clients are very satisfied with my company, and always give a high star rating, so go figure, again I do not know this person.

Had a small leak in my roof, called James and he responded quickly. Arrived on time, very friendly. While inspecting my roof, he noticed some of my shingles were not sealed properly. My roof was only 7 years old, and James felt the shingles weren’t that old for this problem. He assisted me with photos and replaced 2 shingles on my roof, so I could file a claim with the shingle company, which is pending at this time. James customer service is outstanding! Always responded to my text and emails. I will used James Neill roofing again, and highly recommend his company. Thank James.

We had a branch fall on our roof, and James was able to repair the damage the same day we called. He asked for photos, looked up the house online, and quoted us a price before arriving. His quote was less than half that of another company, and he honored it to the penny. While here, he offered great advice, including how to maintain our roofing for the long term. We were very impressed by his professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, and quality of the repair. He even left us a bit of extra roofing and showed us how to use it, so if another branch falls we can repair small damages ourselves. That's a level of customer service you rarely find, and it's why I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any roof repairs you have.

I had some damage to the siding of the chimney from a neighborhood raccoon. I called James Neill out for repair. He was very prompt and answered all questions. He gave me a very reasonable quote and completed the job in timely fashion. He did all the repairs within one day and the chimney looks great!

The review is for some repair work that was done some time ago, sorry for the late review. James did a great job installing some drip edge, in addition he removed a dish antenna. The dish removal seemed like a simple job. However, the job was more complex and it required more time and effort, James got everything done and was very professional.

I recently purchased my first home. I quickly found out that I had a leak in the chimney, brought to my attention by a constant tapping of water on the metal inside the chimney while it rained. I called James and within 24 hours I knew what was causing the leak and how much it would be to fix. A few days later and the repair is complete and I'm no longer checking the weather forecast every hour or so. Amazing company and customer service.

James Neill Roof Repair is the only roof company I will ever go with from here on out. We found a spot in our roof that was leaking. I called James and he immediately called back and showed up that very day to see what repair was needed and to make sure we were able to get through the rain shower that was coming as he was evaluating the issue. James gave us his repair cost, which was very, very reasonable, and was there the next day for our repair. He kept me updated on what the repair needed and sent pictures to update me. He is polite, professional and honest. In our option, he is the best there is!!! We will recommend him to all our friends!!! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!!!!!

Thanks Jason for your review, I really felt bad about situation when I first looked at your roof, after an unlicensed contractor did some work to repair it, the extent of the shoddy work was astounding to me, if fact I write about this very situation on my website, and in that write up, I describe the many times over the years I have corrected another company, or persons workmanship, and once again was contracted to do that very thing in this case.

Our fireplace had been leaking for some time but I didn't know where to start to get it repaired- was it a roof issue or a chimney issue? James (or as I see now, Tony) was quick to reply to my request for an estimate and called/ texted/ showed up when he said he would.
He provided options for repair along with not only photos of my chimney top but a neighbor's for comparison. There was no pressure to hire and no attempt to sell me on repairs that weren't needed.
Tony was respectful of our home and is an animal guy which is important when you have a 145 pound Ridgeback. 😀 He's an incredibly interesting guy if you're so inclined to chat with him- reminds you that sometimes contractors just might pick you, not the other way around.

Mr Neill repaired my rotting, leaky chimney and chimney cap. He tore down the entire chimney and rebuilt it and replaced the chimney cap. The chimney looks better now, than it did when the house was brand new.
Mr. Neill also repaired the dryer vent on the roof. The roofers had not given me a vent with the metal closer. Animals could have gotten into the attic. He had to remove and replace shingles in order to into the gooseneck dryer vent that was up to code.

I chose this roofing company from the three bids I received. I highly recommend them based on their professionalism, honesty and fair price. The sales person Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful. The roofers installed the roof along with the rubber roof and skylights on my addition. The crews started at 6:15 A.M and finished at 2: P.M. the same day. Clean up was excellent. The whole process was handled in a timely manner .

I had James Neill Roofing do a job for me a couple year’s ago & the project was done professionally, in a timely manner, & to my satisfaction & at at a cost that was reasonable, and fit my budget. Now in 2020, I found myself in a dispute with my insurance company requiring a quick thorough inspection by a licensed certified roofing inspector. Well, I contacted James Neill, and figuring it would be a couple of weeks before he could fit me into his schedule. Knowing the bind I was in James came and did the inspection the very next day! And what a precise & detailed report w/ pictures he gave me to pass on to my insurance company to resolve the issue. I would highly, highly recommend that if you have any roofing issues, you call James Neill to advise you on repairs, inspections &
even hire him to do quality control or to over see the work of other roofers! It will be money well spent.

Tony does amazing work. He found and fixed a complex roof leak for me. Very reasonable, and he knows how to work with our homeowners' association to keep me out of trouble. He had to revisit the repair, and the service that time was just as great. I highly recommend him.
