The worst experience on the island. They sell the package that 15 people carry and we were around 35 people on top of a boat that was not enough for more. There was electricity the day I went and there were people who couldn't get on the boat, I had to tell them to approach them with the boat because they were getting tired. The photos they uploaded to the files folder don't match the date we went either. So we don't even have images.

Great experience for the cost but statue spot can get very crowded. Saw big turtles and lots of fish

Just another standard tourist tour, 150 pp, up to 30 people on the boat, everybody smearing themselves with different sunscreen lotions, no control on that. Being asked to not touch wildlife or corals, but not explaining the difference to a rock (most people don't know). All other boats leave at the same time, so all spots will be crowded, especially those statues everybody is promoting. A lot of waiting cause the group is huge, ending the trip in an overpriced basic restaurant in Gili Air. All in all, not sustainable, but good business. The crew was very nice though.

Best trip ever. The staff is super friendly. Book a private boat and a GoPro for some awesome experience. 10/10

Sangat berbaloi

Nooit met dit bedrijf gaan snorkelen of iets dergelijks. Waren gaan snorkelen met 2 jonge gids. Die het kennelijk normaal vinden om spullen van je te stelen zodra je van het boot af bent. Tijdens de lunch of tijdens het snorkelen. Vervolgens wat van gezegd en hebben me agressief aangepakt en uitgescholden. Ik zal hier op elke platform een slechte recensie schrijven zodat mens zijn gewaarschuwd

Pengalaman sangat buruk perlakuan dr kru coral voice.... Ini lah definisi rasialis thd bangsa sendiri, beda kl memperlakukan turis asing, padahal kita bayar lbh mahal.... Beginilah sdm qt.... Kl pas covid aja cm ada wisatawan lokal mreka mengemis2....bali lbh hommy krn tsk membeda2 kan wisatawan....

Haciendo la excursión de snorkel, primero de mienten diciendo que sales temprano antes que todo el mundo (8:30) acabamos saliendo a las 10:15. Después dicen que en el barco habrá 25 personas max, sorpresa, 45 personas. 10 minutos de snorkel en dos spots y 2 horas de “tiempo libre” para comer en el restaurante que ellos se llevan comisión, no te dejan irte a otro porque vamos en un grupo. Por último hablando con la gente del mismo grupo nos damos cuenta que nos cobraron el doble.

40 people when they said 20/25 max. Only did 20 mins of snorkeling at 3 sites. Didn’t go to the place with the clown fish or baby turtles. Spent more time getting snorkels and spent more time at the expensive place they took us for lunch than we did snorkel.

Even if I reserved (and paid!) the Boat excursion from Labuan Bajo to Lombok several months before, Only 5 days before I received a message in which they told me that the excursion was cancelled. No explanation, no solutions offered. I tried to find another trip but it was peak season and I had to completely change my plans. This cost me extra money. They gave me a reimbursement (that I’m still waiting!) with transfer fee at my expense. I’m very disapponted
