J & M (Mike) saved the day when another company 'couldn't' find a leak in our a/c and tried to scam us into expensive testing and repairs we didn't need. Mike came out immediately and had the problems fixed quickly at a reasonable and fair price. He was honest and went out of his way to help us. Glad to have J & M as our go-to for our A/C needs in the future.

J & M are very professional company. Mike was very honest and upfront with whole process of getting a new ac /furnace installed. Install team showed up on time and did an absolutely amazing job. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a new unit installed or regular maintenance.

I used J & M on my house, and in our Jet's Pizza location, they can handle many types of jobs and they are hands down the best price, speed of turn around, and the owners are directly involved in everything they are putting their hand to. Both times we came out in great shape! highly recommend!

This review comes with the highest possible rating for the outstanding work of Jason and Mike – the owners of J&M Cooling & Heating and their technicians (Carolos and Hidel). They examined our 2-year-old traditional AC along with 3 ductless mini splits ~ 3 years old. We explained we have had numerous problems with our mini-splits due to puddling on our floors and water dripping down our walls. In the past, other vendors had come and failed to totally resolve this issue. After going up into our attic, Mike and Jason immediately determined what the problem was. They took photos and explained to us what was needed to correct the issues. They arranged for their two technicians (Carlos and Hidel) to fix the drainage installation issues. Like Mike and Jason, they too were prompt, efficient, and thorough in their work.
Bottom line? The whole team is OUTSTANDING!! They do excellent work at a reasonable price. We will be using J&M Cooling & Heating from this day forward.

They say bad news travels fast but so should good news! J & M replaced my entire HVAC system for half the price of the major competitors. They represent name brand companies with real warranties. I don’t do a lot of reviews unless good or bad it is deserved
I heard of J&M from a friend and can not say enough about how great the experience with this company was. The initial quote felt completely comfortable, like talking to a person who cared rather than a salesman. I was able to schedule quickly and conveniently around my schedule. I will say I did call quite a few different companies for quotes. Not only was the cost better with J&M but the product as well as the service far exceeded even the large companies.
I had a complete new heating and air conditioning system installed. The system was installed two hours earlier than they had thought it would take.
The crew was thoughtful, courteous, and very clean, when they left, I couldn’t even tell I had work done.
Most importantly, though, by the time they left, I truly felt that they cared.
When they left they actually said I was part of the family now and if I ever needed anything they would be here!

Such a great experience with J&M. They were quick to respond when my compressor went out and reasonably priced. I had to either get a new unit or a costly repair on an old one. I opted for replacement. They answered all my questions and I'm very pleased with the new system.

I called J&M to install a couple ridge vents and a whirlybird vent. They gave me an estimate last week and came this week and had it all done and installed in less than three hours. While they were up there, they discovered my AC unit had big gaps in the service doors which allowed hot air in the summer and cold air in the winter that drastically reduced the the efficiency of the unit. They fixed that on the spot. I I will use Jason and Mike in the future for all my air conditioning and roofing needs and would recommend them to anybody who needs any roofing or air conditioning work done. They definitely know what they’re doing.

My wife and I found J &M to be very professional and prompt in delivering and hooking up our new heat pump. Extremely satisfied with J & M they came out in the middle summer and replaced both AC units along with climbing up my scorching hot attic. When I had questions on my NEST thermostat they answered my phone call and helped me over the phone. They now service/maintain my units. Both Mike and Jason are professional and friendly. I would like to say J&M cooling/ heating are on top of there game. Jason is genuinely honest and friendly. He explains everything in detail and breaks down what it will take to get your a/c unit going. If there’s an issue Jason will make sure to make it right!
