We worked with Mike to get a difficult to catch raccoon who got in our attic through bending up the soffit on the roof, he really knew how to outsmart that critter! Very professional and courteous, it was a pleasure working with them!

Just spoke with Mike. He offered free advice so I could address the issue on my own. Saved me $100.00+ with just a simple call. Nobody does that anymore. Very transparent and I'd definitely recommend such honest people anytime.

Contracted J&M for a very tricky and obnoxious squirrel issue (they had invaded my attic!) and they were extremely helpful. They were able to take care of the squirrels and even stopped back out when the squirrels found another route in. I then had some gutter work done to repair the entry point and the squirrels STILL found a way in! Finally, Mike stopped out and performed a custom repair to keep them out and I could not be more thankful. Highly recommend, they perform great work and go out of their way to solve the problem.

Mike came out the same day to take care of a chipmunk that came into our house. He caught him within 2 minutes of being there! He was our hero! I can't recommend J&M enough! Call them for all your unwanted visitors.

I had issues with squirrels in my attic, they came out and put some “stick stuff” in the holes in my facia boards and said that would keep the squirrels out. They charged me $300+ and recommended another contractor (who ended up ghosting me) to fix the holes. Nice guys, but did not help my squirrel issue.

Mike was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable! He checked out my deck and let me know of ways to get rid of the groundhog underneath. He did not charge me for an examination and did his best to save me money for any potential services. If I need more help I will certainly be reaching out to him again!

Highly recommend this company for help with unwanted critters - mine were a groundhog and family of raccoons. Mike was very professional, experienced, and responsive. I hope to never need their services again. But, if I do, they’ll be the first one I call.

Mike was great! He was very friendly, responsive, and thorough. He came back daily to check the traps, and one day he came back again when we called him with a different issue. The cost was very reasonable for the high quality service. I'd definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
