Excelente atención, muy satisfecha con los resultados!

El día de ayer tuve una limpieza dental y no puedo explicar el maravilloso trabajo que hicieron en mis dientes, siento como si estuvieran nuevos, me encantó, algo que normalmente es muy simple, le dedicaron mucho empeño y el resultado se ve y se siente un montón, además todo el personal súper amable y atentos como siempre 🫶

La doctora crespo es increíble muy buen trabajo y muy buena atención la súper recomiendo, después de mi primer pago todo estuvo perfecto y las últimas tres visitas fue una falta de profesionalismo, Me hizo ir y llegando me cancelaba, la segunda me hizo esperar más de una hora y la última cita fue el Colmo 3 horas De espera para no hacerme absolutamente nada, si quería más dinero Me hubiera dicho pero no dar esa atención tan Pésima, Al principio que pagas el inicio es una buena atención pero después PÉSIMO! Ni siquiera me dio otra cita, pensaría que No tengo dinero para pagar?

My experience here was amazing! I came in as a walk-in with tooth pain and the doctor came out to talk to me personally to ask questions about the problem I was having. They were able to help me the same day. The doctor, front desk receptionist, and the dental assistant were all so kind. I’m coming back in the future and referring my parents because everyone here is bilingual.

JC Dental Spa went above and beyond for my first experience there. I brought my child for a checkup and the ladies here met, and then exceeded my expectations. The office is beautiful with a calming holistic aesthetic. This office is very clean, and designed for the comfort of the client. Every staff member was friendly and introduced themselves and took an active interest in me and my child. Laura offered me water or a cup of coffee and asked if my child was cold or needed a blanket during the checkup. Miranda was gentle implementing the cleaning and x-rays, offering suggestions on oral care. Dr. Crespo is like a ray of sunshine-she is such a sweet, friendly and professional dentist! She put us at ease right away and was genuinely interested in me and my child. She is kind and caring and made this visit so easy. My experience was so wonderful that I scheduled two more future appointments, and I am switching to JC Dental for all my dentistry needs. I could not recommend Dr. Crespo and this JC Dental Spa more. I am so very H A P P Y!!

I was such a nervous wreck going into the dentist. Like anyone else I have horrible dental anxiety. But everyone was so nice especially at the front desk! I think it makes all the difference when the first person you talk to is so warm and kind and remember you from the time before! From the dentist, they were very kind and sweet and listen to all of my concerns came to my anxiety. I really enjoyed how she let me know every step that she was doing and even gave me an antibiotic for another issue since I was going to get married soon! The chair also gives you massages, which I thought was neat. Although it didn’t fit for me, as it added to my personal anxiety , I could totally see this as a great plus for anyone else who would need the extra relaxation. Other classes that I thought were really, really neat, they have a little tea bar with water bottles. When you’re done, she also has a nice hot towel for your lips as they can get super dry which I thought was just super neat also. The whole team is super kind and they work quickly!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of visiting JC Dental and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming receptionist, Laura. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Miranda, the hygienist, was fantastic. She was thorough, gentle, and explained everything she was doing, which put me at ease. Her professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. She's the absolute BEST! Dr. Crespo was outstanding! Not only did she perform my wisdom teeth extraction with incredible skill and efficiency, but she also made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Crespo personally called me a few hours after the procedure to check on my pain levels and to see if I had any questions or needed anything. This personal touch showed how much she genuinely cares about her patients. And I must mention the amazing dental chairs—they had massage and heating functions, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and relaxing. Overall, JC Dental provided me with exceptional care from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience. Thank you, Laura, Miranda, Dr. Crespo and assistant, for making my visit so pleasant!
