Joey and his crew came out to tackle 3 very overgrown flower beds that were littered with weeds. They worked well after dark and the gardens look amazing. I will get some photos after this rain and attach it to this review. Very worth the investment. They cleaned up very nicely and were very professional. I would definitely hire JC Landscaping Professionals for any job that I have in the future.

I have been with this company for the past 3 summers and I am so glad I stuck with them. They clean my yards up very nice and you can always tell that they take their time. The communication with them is also amazing! On the days they can’t make it they always let me know when they will reschedule me and it is always in a timely manner. They are so professional and I will continue to stick with them!

They definitely have good prices on there lawn maintenance schedule and they usually answer the phone when you call which is huge.
Unfortunately the lawn mowing schedule just kept getting delayed by a few days almost every time we were suppose to be getting our yard mowed and just started getting more inconsistent.
When they showed up the day after they said they would be their and unfortunately they did get rained out just as they got their and then asked for double the pay due to it taken them so long and I paid it, but did cancel the contract I had with them.
I'm with a much better company now and they are on time and do awesome with communication, which is huge to me. I totally understand if ur a day late as weather etc, efficient things. But I do expect it to be correct and the schedule maintained.

The results were great. However, the communication was a bit slow and it caused stress related to timing for them to complete the job. They never set a firm appointment to complete the job, but showed up one morning stating that the way we’re here to complete it. I spoke with the owner after the job was completed to discuss the lack of communication and he apologized and took full ownership for the communication. He stated that he will work to do better in the future.

Our irrigation system has a leak. We have reached out to Josue Cruz & JC Landscaping several times for over a month now, attempting to have them come and do the repair. After a single call from him with a promise to come fix the leak, we have had no communication from him. The irrigation system is still under their guaranteed 2 year warranty. Unfortunately it appears they are not going to honor that warranty.
Ours was a large project and there were several significant mistakes made by Josue and his crew. Most of these were communicated to us after the fact and would have caused major delays and corrective reconstruction efforts. There was an error made in the measurement for concrete pilings that were installed for the pergola which made them unusable. To remedy this would have meant tearing up the newly installed paver patio and pouring new footings - which we elected not to do!
They were contracted to modify and add 2 new zones to our existing sprinkler system which turned out to be a nightmare. After telling us that this project was completed, we discovered many errors they made that required re-digging to seal off unused pipes and to fix other leaks.
I usually do not leave negative reviews. This low review could have been avoided if Josue Cruz or one of his team members had responded and come to fix this new irrigation leak we found.

I met with Joey at 7 am one Saturday. I was excited to have him come out and take a look at my disaster of a back yard. He was attentive. He took measurements and we discussed what could be done. I needed the yard graded, sodded, and some landscaping around a botched pool job that had been done last year. He assured me he could do a good job for me and my family and that he'd get a quote to me in a "couple of days". In fact, he then said he'd make it extra special and throw in a 3-d rendering for free! I was very excited! After several days, I called since I hadn't heard anything. He didn't know who I was until I reminded him...ok...Then he said it would be Monday before he could get the rendering and quote to me. I told him I just needed a quote. However, he insisted on the whole thing. It has now been 10 days and I still haven't heard anything. No quote, no rendering. I'm extremely disappointed that I now have to move on and start my search and quote process all over again. What happened to customer service?

I had them install my new fence and I have found several pieces of the fence is not plumb. I am talking about all of 4.875.Or for my people who don't know their fractions. That's 4 and 7/8ths.
