Jason (JC Projects) was phenomenal! He was kind, informative, and personable. Jason was responsive and turned around my claim in no time. He also took care of another issue w/o question or hassel! I had another contractor doing work at my home, and Jason helped that contractor with a minor task. I was blown away. Jason/JC Projects is the type of team you want in your contacts and servicing your home!

JCSolutions did an excellent job installing my new roof and gutters. The workers were amazing. They were an efficient and busy team, while being pleasant and polite. The contractor Jason made it all possible. He was available and accommodating, generous with his time and knowledge. He couldn’t have been more helpful.

After contacting JC Solutions about having my house re-roofed, I had a family emergency. Mr. JC went above and beyond to enter into a contract before I had to travel out-of-state. The work was completed the next week on the first day the weather allowed. I returned to a beautifully completed job. Mr. JC and crew are customer-oriented professionals. I very much appreciate their going the extra mile for me.

I contacted Jason this morning and he was able to carve out some time to inspect my roof in the afternoon. He made quick work of the leaks and didn’t try to sell me more than what was required. He is very honest and personable and when I need a new roof in the next couple of years, he will be my first, and perhaps my only call.

Jason went above and beyond for the work to replace the roof on my four bedroom townhouse. He was very responsive, professional, and made the whole process easy for me. Jason is a rare business owner who really cares about the people who are his customers. He thinks about the long term and about protecting the customer and their family. For my roof project, Jason handled the insurance paperwork, gave me higher quality shingles for the same price as the lower quality shingles that insurance was covering. His team replaced my roof in a single day and left everything cleaner than tidyer than before they came! Jason’s attention to detail impressed me. He helped me choose colors and showed me other houses he roofed. He even came back after the roof was finished to add extra seals to the pipes that come out of the roof so they will last longer and not leak.

Very informative. Jason helped us think through options and didn't pressure us to make decisions or commitments. He blew off our roof during our estimate, which of course was for safety, but did not charge us for the service. He presented photos of problem areas and gave concise and easy to understand information. As we decide how to proceed, he will be the first person we will contact for help! Highly recommend, especially in this area!

Highly recommend working with Jason! He's very quick, responsive, and professional. I was worried about some leaf build up on my roof - Jason came out the next day to clean it off and do an inspection. He didn't find any damage and didn't charge me a cent or try to sell me unneeded repairs. Anytime I have a leak in the future or when need to replace my roof, I know he'll be my first call.

We had a leak in our roof and Jason happily came by the day we called! JC Projects located the problem (tiny holes made from old nails) and fixed it the same day. Their price was really affordable and their work is excellent. We highly recommend them!

We recently worked with Jason and JC Solutions to have our roof replaced and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Not only did Jason take the time to walk us through all the options, process and pricing for the project, he provided a very reasonable quote - better than anyone else was offering for our project. His team began and completed the project on time and Jason made sure to check in over the two days to make sure we were satisfied and everything went smoothly. We have other project we'll need to work with a contract on in the future and will be working with JC and Jason for those as well. Excellent service, quality and pricing!

Jason is very knowledgeable, professional and an overall nice guy to work with! He has done many different types of projects for us, and they are always done properly. I highly recommend Jason!

Jason (JC Solution) is responsive, knowledgeable, and communicates well. Last fall, he came out because of some recurring leaks in my metal roof. He replaced some missing screws and made sure all were snug against the roof. He also secured the various vents and other possible leak sources. In addition, when I mentioned that water consistently overflowed (to the outside, not against the house) one of my gutters in one spot, he figured out that it was likely because that stretch of gutter didn't have enough slant, and installed a dam which has totally prevented that overflow. During the last hard rain, I had water coming in at a window. I called Jason who came out today and quickly figured out that is is likely that the window frame needed to be caulked. He got caulk from his truck and quickly caulked around the window. (As well as asking me if I had paint to match my house exterior. He thinks about how things look as well as how they function!) I will paint it myself after the caulk has a chance to dry, but I know he would have planned on doing that if needed. I highly recommend Jason and JC Solutions. I hope I never need him for another leak, but if I do, I have confidence that he will solve the problem.
