September 13th after I called ahead and was told I could get a transmission fluid exchange for $150 as a standard price at this location, when I got there I was immediately turned down, so I told them I called ahead and was told that I could have this done. After they talked it over with each other I was told to pull into the service Bay, only to change their mind again and refuse the service which is not only on their website but on the walls in the in the building.

I came to Jiffy Lube at 8am before work and was met with smiles & prompt service! The technicians were awesome and got my oil change and new wipers on in 30 minutes! Truly appreciated! Great work guys!

A little disappointed. The only thing that was done was an oil change and car brake light check. Tires were not checked window washer fluid was bone dry and not refilled. Car was not vacuumed or windows washed. They can do better. The employees seemed pre-occupied with what seemed to be a friend's car that was in for service.
