The person that answered was nice professional helpful.same as the plumber..he was early professional.only thing that was wrong was he had to go get a 2 dollar piece from home hardware.used my screwdriver tetlon tape a piece of extra hose that was there and my old hose clamps didn't have a tool box only pliers and I had them also ..and charge me 450 dollars đ°đ°đ.wow toke 15 min to install ..after he left I had no water going to the toilet and had to take it apart and blow out the line and put it back together..bingo I had water then ..I think I was charge way too much ..riped off..

The plumber was on schedule and fixed the two toilet shutoff valves in about an hour. He was professional, answered all my questions and even enjoyed the dog's.

Worked with Cameron and Jordan at John the Plumber. Both very professional, polite, informative and efficient. Installed new toilets, workmanship was excellent. Cameron was on site first and he answered all my questions very knowledgeably and professionally. He kindly explained various options to address the issue.
