I have used John the Plumber for a number of years and will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs. Colin called in advance to say when he would be there and was there when he said. He was very friendly. Explained the issue. Explained what to needed to be done and how much it was. He did the repair. Call me to have look and show me what was done. And the place was spotless before he left. You would never even know he was there. Thank you Colin. Thank you John the Plumber. A very satisfied customer.

This was our first time using John the Plumber service. It will definitely not be the last time. It was so easy to make an appointment online. Within minutes I recieved an email with a day and time with an option to change it if it didn't meet my schedule. Colin called me prior to the time of the appointment saying he would there in 15 minutes. He was right on time. He assessed the Job which required 3 taps to be replaced along with a p trap . He then gave me the quote at which time I approved the job. Colin and Andrew were fantastic. They were very professional and efficient I can't say enough about these two gentlemen. Once they were finished the cleanup job was just as efficient. I now have a go to plumber when I need them.

John is professional and knowledgeable. He is also prompt and delivers service with integrity. We use him for multiple properties and are always pleased with the result.

The two plumbers who attended were professional, careful about keeping the premises clean and very pleasant to deal with. They made a great effort to find the problem, explain what they were doing and assured me that they would do everything possible to resolve the issue if it recurs. They were careful to avoid doing a lot of unnecessary work if the problem was not greater than seemed obvious at the time.

We’ve had several great experiences working with John the Plumber. Garrett in particular provides thorough and professional service and we’ll certainly hire them again.

Team arrived right on time and then proceeded to investigate and thoroughly address the issue with the toilet - full explanation of the work was provided - cleaned up great - and all with a polite SMILE.
