Darius came over for the work. He communicated well before the visit letting us know he was on his way. The work was well done, he was courteous and explained exactly what he did afterwards. A++ all around. Will definitely call John the Plumber again for our next service. Highly recommended.

The work was completed quickly & efficiently. I have to call accounting for an adjustment tomorrow, as there was no mention of a Seniors rate . My neighbour just told me they had work done & got a Seniors rate.

Aaron was excellent - very professional and quick. He was going to be late for his initial appointment and called to see if that was ok or should he send someone else - as I wasn’t in a hurry, I told him no problem- he estimated the work would take 1.5 hours and finishes the job early - very satisfied

Matt and Aaron did a great job - They fixed the errors from the previous work that had been done on the toilet and I am confident my water problems have been solved. They were on time and very polite and explained everything.I would have them back for any future plumbing issues I have.

Such friendly and fast service. He was able to quickly discern the cause of the blockage and resolved it and checked to make sure everything was perfect.

We had our kitchen faucet changed yesterday. We were happy with how fast we could get an appointment. The service was top notch. The plumber we had (can’t remember his name) was excellent. He also had an apprentice with him which he explained everything and made sure he understood everything. We were very pleased with the job and would recommend to anyone. We will definitely call again if we need anything.

So I had a major leak in my furnace room with it full of water. I called John the Plumber that night who booked me an appointment for the next morning. Two guys showed up, super polite, and went to work immediately. They had me fixed up after less than an hour. I would recommend them to everyone.

Update: used them again with a different project so and they gave me the best service possible. Thomas was very professional and quick and he offered valuable suggestions for some of the questions I asked about future projects. Great and quick service. I asked for someone to come and give a quote to get my Ikea sink drain pipe adjusted and connected. Thomas from JTP came and he provided a quick quote and did the work in less than an hour. He was very professional and very easy to work with. I would try to get him again if I need more work. Special thanks to Thomas and the whole team

Amazing work by Mukaley and Owen changing our hot water tank. They fixed up the piping that was done wrong by a rental company before as well! 10000% recommend them. They were skilful and efficient! They did a great job!
