We recently needed a locksmith to come look at our 2004 Mini Cooper S because the key FOB doesn’t work to unlock the door and the key doesn’t work to unlock it either. We received a very quick response and set up an appointment for the next day. He spent about 4 or 5 hours making a new key FOB and messing around with it and that didn’t solve the problem so he went about 30 minutes away to a nearby junkyard to get a new rear view mirror(where the receiver is for the FOB) and installed that to see if that was the issue. That also didn’t solve the problem so he ordered some new key fobs directly from BMW and called a few days later as he said he would to come back over and try those out instead. He spent another couple hours working on that and that also did not work. He did manage to clean out the lock on the car to get it to turn but it didn’t engage the locking mechanism. So I’m the end the lock remains unfixed HOWEVER Josh did not charge us anything. He was very knowledgeable, kind and willing to go the extra mile and spend a lot of his time to solve our issue. We appreciate him and his business so much. We highly recommend calling Josh if you need a locksmith. Very trustworthy company. Thanks again Josh!

Just had Josh round to replace back door lock after key sheared in lock. He was very efficient, polite and completed the job hassle free in about half an hour. He responded very quickly after I had been let down by another locksmith who I had booked yesterday.
