Joseph Passalacqua who goes by the name JP is an extremely rude person, He kept calling us racial slurs and claiming to be the right man for the job the entire service, he also left the job unfinished and tried to overcharge us, clearly a scam site.

they guy kept yelling at his employee and calling him an animal and asked him if he was mentally challenged, when we noticed this we decided to cancell the service inmediately. Cant believe this guy is actually a business owner.

Got here late and charged us a high amount, when confronted about it they called us Racial slurs. Wouldnt recommend them at all.

Absolutely brilliant service. I contacted the company early on a Saturday morning as one of our sinks was not draining water. The job was completed by 3pm the same day. We dealt with Bill and he was very helpful, a true professional in every way. JP Plumbing Sewer & Drainage is the way to go!!!

We started having an overflow coming from the manhole, we made the call the same day to JP Plumbing Sewer & Drainage, Joe came out to the job. Within 30 mins he had the covers lifted and drains flushed clean. They were talking me through everything they were doing. Job completed very quickly, couldn't be happier.

My kitchen sink had a stubborn clog. The water refused to drain at all. I attempted to handle the problem by myself, but the water remained stagnant. JP Plumbing Sewer & Drain was the number I dialed. They discussed the issues with me and then went to work examining the drain. The guy explained the issue I was facing and how he could solve it. The pricing were reasonable, and I never felt like he was overcharging me, as I had with other plumbers. It took about an hour, but the water is now flowing freely as if I had a brand new drain. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and tidy.

The technician came out right away to assess the situation. He was professional, friendly, and approachable. I'm usually nervous about having strangers in my house, but he put me at ease right away. I showed him everything that needed to be done, and he described everything in great detail and gave me a reasonable quote. In less than an hour, he cleaned the bathroom blockage, repaired the kitchen pipe, and fixed the sprayer on my kitchen sink. The outstanding customer service, from scheduling through completion of the task, as well as the high quality of the work, is what keeps me coming back again and again!
