The guys did a great job, and they were friendly and cost effective.

Mr. Price and Gary were amazing!!! They were so patient and detailed and truly took their time to make sure everything was taken care of and placed in the right room. They were kind and so hospitable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They make a great team!!

We had our belongings brought to USA from Canada with a UBox. It needed to be picked up in Staten Island and then brought to Manhattan. THEN we realized we lost the key to the box… let me just say J. Sutton & Co went above and beyond to make sure we got our belongings. They were professional, friendly, and truly made a stressful day much less so. Thank you!

Moved into a Manhattan apartment last week. We were running late with uhaul due to an unmarked road closure. They stuck around and helped the best they could until our window closed. Troy was especially helpful, sticking around for an extra hour to help us out (his partner had another job to get to - also very helpful!). NYC moving is stressful and these guys really helped us out.

John Sutton and Co. Moving Services did an excellent job with my last minute move. They were punctual, courteous, professional, and very helpful. They know what they're doing and very flexible as well. I highly recommend this company!

Who says moving in NYC is hard? Not with J Sutton & Co. Moving Services! I discovered Johnell and his crew a few years back when I moved--they provided TOP-NOTCH customer service, moving, and care, so I used them again when I recently moved and they were just as excellent. Top-notch service, always on time, advice given, and can work with you through any difficulties!

Amazing and the best. I hired them for my move back in December 2017 from Crown Heights to Flatbush, and they were right on time and executed the move in a very professional yet timely fashion. Not only they are great movers, they were also good people. I am moving again and am looking forward to moving with them again. Thank you so much!

These guys were lifesavers for us! We had another moving company cancel on us and we scheduled J Sutton's crew at the last possible moment. Arrived promptly, moved efficiently, and were very patient with a delay created by uhaul.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended. My boyfriend and I decided to do the moving to our new place in Harlem by ourselves. The problem is that I am not as strong as him, so we obviously encountered some difficulties carrying our furniture along the way. The funny thing is that the owner of the company happened to be walking at the other end of the street as we were trying to pull out a couch from our van, so as soon as he saw us struggle he immediately approached and genuinely offered his help. In less than 15 minutes, not only we had the couch, but also our marble table, the bed, and our ridiculously heavy mattress in our apartment. I eventually stepped aside and let my boyfriend and him carry everything. What otherwise may have seem as a big deal and taken us hours this time looked very easy. Nothing was damaged, he took care of everything -- ensuring we were protecting the surfaces and corners of our items, placing everything carefully inside the elevator, making sure we didn't cause any scratch on the wall or the floor. I think we will always remember his technique for carrying that monstrous mattress upstairs. He remained calm at all times and was extremely helpful, and we were very confident in his hands as he clearly knew what he was doing. I think he really likes and is committed to what he does, so I wouldn't hesitate in leaving my moving on hands of his team for the next time. Thank you!!

If there's 10 stars I'll give this guys 10 stars. I needed to move my stuff, and the BIG couch the other moving company (Kai O Ken Movers, stay away from them!!!) messed up and weren't able to get in my new apartment. I was able to schedule the move same day. Very responsive, the crew have positive and friendly attitude, very organize, well experienced. They took the time to wrap my things and were careful with the move. I was so happy when they got the BIG couch inside the apartment through the bedroom window (the apartment is on the 2nd floor), mind you they were creative and think outside the box just to get it in. They did a great job.

J Sutton and Co.'s crew was amazing. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, careful with my belongings, and friendly. They made moving (a stressful experience in general) smooth and easy. Thank you!
