Juju in Goa is a culinary gem that perfectly balances local flavors with creative flair. The stuffed crabs paired with appam was an absolute delight—rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. Their urrack banana leaf-wrapped fish is a standout dish, with the delicate flavors of the urrack-infused marinade complementing the tender fish beautifully. It comes with a side of pulao which balances the meal so well. The cocktail menu deserves a special mention, featuring innovative concoctions that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. Each drink felt like a carefully crafted experience. We had the Jasmine and Bay of Bengal each true to its name. While the meal was exceptional overall, the crème brûlée was a touch too sweet for my liking. That said, it didn’t take away from the otherwise impeccable dining experience.Juju is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in Goa’s vibrant culinary scene. Highly recommended!
