Junk Maven really did a phenomenal job. I had them clear out my grandparents house after they had passed away. I will admit the house was dirty with mouse droppings underneath every bit of furniture and appliance. The two guys didn't even grumble or judge once; contrary to myself who stood far away in a corner with my shirt pressed to my face.
There were even two items that wouldn't get through the door and the team took out some tools and even disassembled the appliances. The Junk maven team really demonstrated a level of professionalism I didn't expected. 100% recommend and I will be using them again in the future!

They came, they saw and they took all the things that were a headache. Glad there is a service out there for those of us who don’t have the equipment to take this stuff out to a junk yard. They were very nice, polite and efficient as well. Many people hoard and I think this is one solution to not have such a stuffy house. Thank you Junk Maven.

Listen, y'all I grew up in West Virginia, where it was standard to have a few refrigerators in the yard. But our place had gotten to the point where even the most neglectful hillbilly would be ashamed. Thankfully, the Maven swooped in, scooped up a truck full of discarded junk, and took it to garbage heaven. Hopefully, we don't accumulate that much stuff again, but if we do, we'd be sure to give the Raven a shout.

They came to remove my refrigerator, which had broken. They guys were professional and got right down to business. One challenge I had was that refrigerators and washing machines etc will leak when being moved if they’re broken. The team might not have known, but they did leave some garbage juice stains on the carpet. I let them know, and to their credit, they came back and helped to clean up. Totally would use this service again!

I had an old sofa removed: Clear and timely communication. Was given ballpark estimate upon request(fee based on volume of waste picked up). Vendor arrived at scheduled time. Crew was mindful to carefully remove couch from premises. Removal and payment complete in under 5 minutes. Appreciate the prompt, cordial service and simplicity of transaction.
