I have to edit my review since i feel like its right to be fair. Im removing 2 stars as they were actually late for the appointment and the security of the building had to ask them to leave because it was past the allowed working time for external contractors.
Secondly, i reset the nest and so the wiring setting got reset as well. I contacted them to ask for the mapping of the wire but they said they had to come and set it themselves for a fee. This is an after service that could have been done by giving me the settings over WhatsApp. I managed to figure this out myself through the nest app on my phone.
We apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused by our timing. For wiring settings assistance, please contact our customer service directly. We'll ensure this feedback helps us improve our after service in the future.

I have ordered this company to install the dishwasher, in result the installation was incorrect and dishwasher caused a flood in my apartment. Justcare refused to fix the issue or refund the money. Absolutely NOT recommend this company

Reached out to replace the mesh of my flyscreen that has been broken for a while. The person on WhatsApp was extremely responsive and clear about the way to proceed. The team arrived on the same day and got things done in 15 minutes, all of this at very reasonable price. Thanks for the great service!

I can’t recommend these people enough. I messaged late last night about a fly screen repair. By 1pm today it was fixed, and at a very reasonable cost. I will certainly use this company again!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They came late. Forgot our booking. Sent random people to transport our TV instead of the experts. The movers dropped and spoilt the TV.
Experts came in later to mount the TV, put extra holes in the wall and didn’t mount properly. TV fell again and got worse.
I have submitted a case for them to get someone from the office to call and investigate, and they ignore the request. No steps and actions have been taken nor am I getting any response or direction.
We paid extra and trusted this company — and it’s been a horrific experience. Very upsetting.
