They were nice to talk to on the phone, answered all of my questions upfront and scheduled an appointment that worked with my schedule. They came out when they said they were coming, I got an automated text when they were on their way and did a nice job pumping the sewage tank at a fair price. I was happy to give them my money and I look forward to calling them again.

We were in desperate need and K&M responded so quickly! They were at our home the next morning by 7:30.. They cleaned our tank and could tell that was not the underlying issue. They provided a plumbers number and even called them before pulling out of our driveway. Cannot say enough good things!

I had K&M come to my residence to pump out two septic tanks and replace a septic pump. They return my call promptly and set up an appointment. On the appointment date, they sent me a text letting me know they were on their way to my home, and then arrived on time. The service was excellent which included great advice on maintaining my septic system. But what stuck in my mind was the friendliness of each member of the company. I spoke with three different members of the business and they all were very warm and pleasant, and seemed to really care about my problem. I would highly recommend this business.
