Always my go to hot tub service company. The owner and his staff have always been so helpful and down to earth. Never gone to anyone else since my first appointment with them!

Friendly, on time, and they have great prices. What more could you ask for? We have purchased supplies from them, and when our old hot tub gave up, they sold us a new one and hauled the old one away.

Yesterday was the second day that I had the privilege of working with Kevin. First time I came in my chemical balance was all over the board with my tub and it was creating some not so favorable issues with the water. After talking with Kevin about it, he put it into a perspective that anyone could understand. Dealing with chemicals and PH was nerve racking before our talk. Within minutes I was out the door with the chemicals and knowledge to safely take care of my own tub. The second time I came in with gasket issues and once again, Kevin was there for the rescue. Not only was I given bad advice from another tub dealer, I was given the wrong parts. Kevin assured me that the new parts that he gave me were the correct ones. 20 minutes later I was convinced that he is the only tub shop to visit. I’ve had hot tubs for over 15 years, and he is by far the most honest and knowledgeable person when it comes to hot tubs. Hot tubs are a daily part of my physical therapy, and when my hot tub is down, I need to get it back up and running fast and when I went to go visit Kevin, that’s exactly what happened. Without a doubt I’m “Team Kevin”. Thanks for everything you do

Kevin and the KNS Hot Tub team have been exceptional throughout the entire process of our first hot tub purchase. We had help selecting the best tub for our home and questions that ranged from broad to highly technical were answered promptly and thoughtfully. The service and customer service of KNS Hottubs is outstanding. I live in Portland and had an issue with a local Portland dealer for service of our less than 1 year old Coast spa, so I reached out to the nearest Coast factory dealer (Kevin @ KNS Hottubs). Kevin and I traded several emails and calls to diagnose the problem. He ordered me the parts and had them ship to me in Portland for a very reasonable price. Hottub is working great, and even though he is over 200 miles away, I will contact him again, should I have any further issues. A consumate professional with great customer service!
