Although i am not happy with outcome or the mistakes that were made by the firm on my wife's case. I will say that they made an extremely valiant effort to make things right with my wife. They went above and beyond what they were required to do. Matt who is the office manager has always been great and extremely professional and polite and always responds in a timely manner and we are thankful for that.

We are bound by attorney-client privilege and will not discuss the specifics of any matter in a public forum. However, suffice it to say we disagree with the portrayal of your representation by this Firm. From our perspective, this is a gross misrepresentation of the facts in this case. Each incident you allege is taken out of context or missing key components of the circumstances. During the course of our representation with you, each time a concern was raised our office provided additional clarification or explanation of how your perceptions were not accurate.
This matter was complicated and provided unique challenges for both sides. Regardless of the challenges and extensive review of the facts in the matter both parties ultimately agreed to the outcome. Our office strived to provide the best Mindful Legal Representation possible and come to an equitable outcome.

It is truly disheartening that you rushed to leave us a negative review. We’re sorry we missed your call on Friday, our office closed early for New Year's weekend. We received your voicemail and returned your call yesterday (less than one business day later) with no answer and you did not call us back.
Lastly, you were in no way “blocked”, the individual you tried emailing no longer works with our firm and his email has been turned off. All communication to his email will be returned as “Undeliverable”.

Last year, I signed a fee agreement with this group regarding a defamation per se case where I was the plaintiff. They missed their own set deadline and when they failed to make my deadline, I demanded my fee back. They never responded to a letter I sent, via certified mail, where I demanded written confirmation that our contract was null and void.
The statute of limitations has passed regarding my case and Kanathka group played a part in that.
As a result, I will never have the closure I deserve and will never be able to clear my name where I call home.

We are limited in our response due to confidentiality, however, this misrepresents the events that occurred in your matter. There were no set deadlines from our office for your matter and the demands you placed on our office required us to “step back” from your matter and issue a full refund. Our office represented you for less than 30 days and issued the full refund days after termination. This in no way hindered you from seeking other counsel. In response to your demand for confirmation, our attorney emailed you directly that all contracts have been canceled with your confirmation response to that email returned the next day.

The kanthaka team was extremely helpful with my divorce case they worked around my schedule to make sure I recieved all info in a timely matter and all documents were recieved and signed. They answered all my questions and I feel I got the best deal considering opposing counsel. If I require any legal representation in the future (for colorado) I would definitely seek out the kanthaka group.
