I had a seriously neglected below-sewer grade level sump pump & tank that was over 50 years old. It started backing up and was the source of mystery smells downstairs that we never found out about until KCM Plumbing saved the day. Their whole team came to help out with the 2-day job and were all honest, hardworking guys that completed the project quickly, efficiently, respectfully, and with very high quality. I was recommended to them by another business, and will be referring them to my friends and family. Pictures are before and after their great work.

Home heating oil to gas conversion with oil tank removal. KCM is amazing. Kieth looked at the job soon after calling KCM and told me exactly what needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable price, less than I know others have paid to other contractors. The guys showed up to work and got right to it, on time every day, starting work immediately with hardly taking any breaks. A very professional, honest, hard working and polite crew. Three days the job was done, new furnace, all new gas lines, oil tank was gone and no mess. Passed the building’s Dept inspection without a problem and our new heating system works great. If you need a plumbing contractor I highly recommend KCM, no job is too small or too big for these guys, they do it all and they’re really good at what they do.

When your gas gets turned off because of a gas leak it’s very stressful but thankfully I called KCM PLUMBING!! They took all the stress out of it by being professional timely and most of all knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable staff extremely professional and neat. They were able to quickly get me back up and running quickly!!!

Been using this company for decades . They are professional , polite , explained what needed to be done and why , but most of all very neat , great clean up ! Don’t forget to tip these guys work hard

Unprofessional veary bed company I ever see they took me money for doing nothing

KCM is a first class business. They know what they are doing and work on the job until it is completed [no breaks through the whole job] They are respectful of your property and treat it as it is there own. When they give yoy a show up time they are there If you need a Plumbing and Heating Contractor I highly recommend them

What a great plumbing service responded within 1/2 hour to my aunts house on Staten Island. She had 4 feet of water in the basement. They did a wonderful job for a senior citizen they pumped it fixed the pipe . And was very fair with the price 10 stars.

These guys took my deposit and never came back, $150! Ripped me off!

Thank God there are people like Keith in the world. In the middle of a flood at my office, he came right over, fixed the problem, calmed me down and even made me laugh. I recommend Keith and KCM Plumbing to the moon and back.

Wow. Can’t say enough great things about KCM. They dispatched two teams of people last night and this morning, to help free a cat that has been stuck in the ceiling of a house in SI. Ceiling removed, ductwork removed, and thankfully the cat was found…alive. She has been there for weeks! Multiple attempts to free her have proved unsuccessful. After Brendan and team assessed the situation they did what was needed and the cat now has a way down. Thanks to everyone @ KCM!

I have used this company before on Valentines day 2022 my water heater went out. The service men went above for me because I gave them the wrong size water tank over the phone. They took the heater back and returned with the right size. i couldn't have had better guys. each time I have needed them they have been there. I appreciate from the initial call until the job is done. true professionalism i will refer them to anyone in need of good professional services. We have to give another 5 Star review for KCM with "extremely high marks" - When the drain pipe rotted from our kitchen sink it leaked into our floor downstairs and was pooling in the ceiling. As usual this happens on on Friday night. I was freaking out! Called KCM 9:30p on a Friday night. Mike called me back within about 3 minutes and told me what it was just from my description to him. He nailed it! The next morning Mike and his assistant Donni arrived. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling to drain out the water and get to the bad pipe. They were amazing as usual and fixed everything perfectly. It was messy and they cleaned everything up before leaving. Mike is very skilled, and I felt confident. Mike has been at our house before for other issues as well. He is a "Superman Plumber" - Thank you Mike, Donni & KCM for coming through! Kcm helped me when I was out of work and needed a job to feed my family and I was there 3 years and yes I had my good days and my bad days like normal but Keith will always be there for his guys no matter what the case is job related or not and he doesn't care he gives tough love when needed 🤣 I learned a lot working alongside Keith and the guys at kcm they know there stuff when it's work time... just be ready to work and you will be fine...
