Superb service
100% excellent service from Kellys Office Furniture. From patiently dealing with my many email questions, through the sales and payment process, plus full service delivery and assembly in my apartment. Also great value for money - 20% cheaper than other retailers for same product. Cannot fault the service. Recommend 100%

I bought an office chair at Kelly Office Furniture shop back in 2020 with a 7 year warranty. After 4 years of loyal service, one arm of the chair broke. I contacted Kelly Office furniture with the details of the chair. After getting the spare parts, they came to my house to pick up the chair , replace the arm and brought it back within the day and all of this under the warranty. I was very impressed on how they acted on my request straight away and the whole experience was a very pleasant. I highly recommend them.

My employer has bought office furniture from this company for many years. With Covid and WFH, I needed to update my home office. I really like that they have a showroom so you can check out before buying, but in particular get very good advice from the lads there. Aaron gave repeated good advice and help (I like to look a few times) and then when I had a problem with the chair I bought the “POSTUREMATE” MESH BACK ERGONOMIC CHAIR - MEDIUM BACK, the guys were very helpful and replaced with a new one, no dramas, that makes a big difference!!!

I bought an office chair from Kelly's in 2016. It was a lovely leather desk chair that I use for many hours every day.
Finally the seat needed to be re-padded. I approached Kelly's and they spoke with the manufacturer on my behalf. The manufacturer offered to re-pad the seat for nothing. No doubt Kelly's is an important client to them.
David from Kelly's contacted me and said if I can get the chair myself to the manufacturer then he was happy to pass on the free offer to me to get the chair repaired for nothing.
I took the seat to the manufacturer in Blacktown and a few days later I collected it.
I cannot say how delighted I am and appreciative of Kelly's service. Such after sales service is what makes the reputation of a business and your business has a fine reputation.
If I ever need more furniture I will come to Kelly's. If I have the opportunity to recommend your business to friends I most certainly will.

I have dealt with Kelly's Office Furniture for many years both in the Corporate setting and for the home office. I enquired to get a quote for recovering a chair I purchased some years ago. I love the chair still, its fantastic (Roxy) but the fabric had faded. After communication with Timo, he advised that the recovering would be covered under warranty. I was surprised and delighted.
Service at this company is always polite, helpful and above the call. Such a refreshing change.

I have been dealing with Aaron @ Kellys office furniture since I opened our office in 2007. As a small business owner with a very tight budget Aaron and the team at Kellys have always found solutions to fit the budget and the needs of the business. Fast forward to April 2022 we completed a customised fit out for our clinic, Aaron produced a design that optimised the space for growth. He delivered this fit out in 3 weeks personally putting in long hours to deliver to the tight time frames we had. Whilst not all the joinery came as originally expected, when it did we were prioritised to ensure we were up and operational. As to the outcome all I can say is Wow! the quality and attention to detail is second to none. We could not be happier with the space and it is a pleasure to come to the office everyday.
I am very grateful to Aaron for looking after me and my company. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism, and commitment to me as a client.

Kelly's Office Furniture is a local Northern Beaches family business. Our experience with Timo was brilliant from beginning - he was the designer, was in the shop when we came to have a look at finishes and, along with his brother-in-law was the the person who came to install our two home offices. We are so so happy with the outcome - we built two double spaces in two separate rooms, enough for our family to work and study from home. Timo's attention to design detail was fabulous - he knew what we could do when we needed to bring the cost down without cutting corners in the ultimate outcome. He researched and provided advice on available products when we needed to change the whiteboard 'splashback' and their work ethic on the installation days was beyond amazing - it was a hot, humid and VERY long day but was done with no fuss, good humour and unfailing politeness. The finished product is of very high quality - we will be happy using the spaces for many years to come.

So impressed with the service. Due to lockdowns, I couldn't visit the store -- Kelly's over the phone consultations and advice were so helpful and helped me make the right choice. I ordered my chair at 9am and was set up and seated in it by 11.30am (despite being over 20km from Dee Why)! Very happy, thank you!
