I recently had the opportunity to participate in the *Techsmith Camtasia Introduction* course offered by Keystroke Learning, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The course provided an excellent foundation for understanding the fundamentals of the software, its uses, and its applications. The real-world example used in the training allowed me to grasp how a project is composed, and I also gained a deeper understanding of the necessary methodology and ways of thinking that are crucial for approaching a personal project. The course clearly emphasized the rules and processes that can be applied to real-world scenarios, making it incredibly practical and relevant. The instructor, Mark Finney, was outstanding. Mark Finney is a great facilitator/trainer. It was very insightful and well-structured. He explained concepts clearly, provided practical examples and ensured the session was engaging. I feel more confident using Power BI now.

I recently completed a one-on-one Excel training course for beginners, and I'm so glad I did! Despite being the only student, the instructor graciously accepted my application and provided personalized attention throughout the course. As someone who's been rusty with Excel for many years, this course was a fantastic refresher. The instructor made the learning process easy, interactive, and engaging. A very good introductory course on Articulate Storyline. Was great to get the fundamentals and will be very keen to complete the intermediate and advanced courses.

Fantastic, easy to understand and well taught class. I attended a recent Adobe InDesign Training with Brendon after previous trainings with another organisation were cancelled. I work for a school, so I have to go through a fair process to get training approved, and their 'guaranteed to run' classes meant I didn't have to worry about the class actually happening. The class was really well structured, even with only two of us attending, and Brendan was happy to work with us to give whatever guidance was needed, relevant to our specific work. The class had plenty of breaks, with lot's of opportunities to chat or run downstairs for another coffee, or grab a nespresso from up the back of the room, which made it easy to feel comfortable with asking questions. The actual coursework was filled with tips and tricks that will make my work much faster and much more efficient in my day-to-day, as well as going over some technical info that will be helpful in understanding why InDesign works the way it does. The location is great, a short tram ride from the CBD, with ample paid parking around for about 20 bucks, which is great if public transport isn't an option. Overall I would recommend the Beginners InDesign course with Keystroke Learning wholeheartedly!

Keystroke Learning provided wonderful learning opportunities with presenters that show a real depth of knowledge across a wide range of applications. Even if you have been working with Microsoft products extensively, you will still learn something you didn't know.

An outstanding introduction to PowerBI created for any skill level or expertise of data management and reporting. The team at Keystroke Learning have nailed the ability to make technical content like creating your own Power BI reports engaging and interactive for all. The pace of the class, the resources provided during and post, as well as their fun energy makes it a great workshop for individuals looking for something new or groups looking to up-skill.
