The service was amazing. The staff were super nice. If you enjoy the quiet vibe, this place is the best. 15 mins away from Cafes near kitamani and 15 mins away from the Ubud main area as well.

The location is very nice, peaceful, and situated in the middle of rice/padi fields. The villa is very aesthetic, making people forget about their work routines. The staff's attention is excellent, care and supportive, and it will be even more appealing once the lobby area and other facilities are operational, as it will attract people who are not staying to come and enjoy the resort's amenities.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this 5-star hotel. I booked this hotel through Agoda on 17th November for period of stay from 25th November (2 Nights), and it was clearly confirmed. But then suddenly on 23rd November, my booking was flagged as “questionable" because the villa category I reserved "no longer exists“, and/or they put the wrong price in the system, etc etc. But there was no clear logic explanation. The communication was confusing and unhelpful, with back-and-forth emails and whatsapp that never offered a real solution. Basically, Agoda told me to find a solution with the hotel and the hotel told me to talk to Agoda. I had to scramble to find another property, which completely disrupted my plans. For a hotel of this caliber, it's essential to provide clear communication and timely solutions when issues arise. A professional approach to customer service—such as offering an alternative room without additional cost or offering to switch dates without having to wait for Agoda's opinion for days — would have helped resolve this situation (as none of this is the guest’s mistake). Bear in mind, I booked what I saw online and the booking was confirmed for days. If you are the one who entered a wrong price and/or wrong room, it should be your responsibility with the agent. I hope you won’t put future guests in such an inconvenient position. Based on my experience, I would not and won’t recommend this hotel to others.

Khastana Hadi Resort in Ubud is a dream stay! The floating breakfast is stunning, the views of the rice terraces are breathtaking, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. A perfect blend of luxury and tranquility—highly recommended! ❤️

Wow! I spend an incredible time in that beautiful. The location is amazing. In between rice terraces and palm trees i found losts of nice motives for taking photos. The sunrise was stunning! I love the interior of this resort and the view from the inner living room / terrace with its pool. Most importantly the staff: they were always so incredibly welcoming and friendly, there was nothing which could have been done better. I really appreciate the warmth and support of the staff! I definitely will come back when in Ubud. Thank you!

I had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at the Khastana Hadi Resort Ubud. The team on site is warm and very keen to fulfil every wish. If you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud, this is the perfect place in the middle of rice fields. I will be back!

The floating breakfast served in the pool was an unforgettable experience—enjoying a delicious spread while surrounded by the natural beauty of the rice fields was a perfect way to start my day. The views from the villa were simply unbelievable. The lush green rice fields stretched out as far as the eye could see, creating a picturesque backdrop that felt like something out of a dream. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of nature and the sight of the sun rising over the fields, which made every moment feel special. The only drawback I found was the location. The villa is quite far from the center of Ubud, which might be a concern for those looking to be in the heart of the action. However, for someone seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, this villa is worth every bit of the journey. The peacefulness and beauty of the surroundings made it easy to forget about the world outside. Moreover, the staff at the villa were out of this world. Mr. Freego and other staff members who attended us were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. From arranging transportation to providing recommendations for local attractions, their hospitality made me feel truly pampered. Overall, my stay at this luxury villa in Ubud was an experience I will cherish forever. If you're looking for a serene getaway with stunning views and top-notch service, this villa is the perfect choice. It's a slice of paradise that offers a much needed retreat from the chaos of everyday life.
