Ordered a teen kart and trailer last week, arrived within 3 days. Excellent communication, had used the “contact us” section on the website to enquire about delivery and got a response almost immediately. I had shopped around and kids electric cars were the cheapest. Highly recommend kids electric cars online shop and I would definitely order again in the future.

I ordered a jeep for Christmas from kids electric cars great value great quality highly recommed this company I thought It was a bit strange they don't have a phone number to contact them but it's 100% genuine company got a bit worried thinking it was a scam the way everything was done by email but they delivered my sons jeep on time and to a high standard if your looking to buy this is the place much better and value for money than local toy shops thanks again kids electric cars for sorting Santa's present to the staff at kids electric cars Happy Christmas and Happy New Year 😀 👍

Ordered a car for my daughter for Xmas opened it Xmas eve it was shattered in the box no protective packaging at all just the car in the box all parts were cracked or broken... After a few days of back and forward messaging and a child with no car she got for Xmas they agreed to send a replacement... A few days later replacement came the exact same way sheytered and box in bits... I told them I just wanted a refund and they said can you not make a good one from the 2 you have... the is so unprofessional... I told them to refund the money and come collect the cars still waiting on them to collect the cars nearly 3 months later and i cantunderstand where they are getting all these good reviews from by ripping people off... I then found all these bad reviews with similar situation to mine that they had hidden from site and only show good ones... DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE BUY IN A STORE... We ended up just buying the kid a car from smyths with no problems at all I gave a 1 star review as there was no option for zero stars
