Delivered paddle boards right to our lake house & came to pick them up, couldn't have been easier!

Tried to reserve kayaks twice with no call back or confirmation.

We made a reservation for a fun thing to do for my husband’s birthday. Killinit confirmed and we were very excited. We got there 15 minutes early as instructed on the website. We called and texted with no response to either. I hope the owner is okay. My friend recommended this business highly. I’m glad her experience was good.

Avoid this place. I chose this place because it seemed like you could reserve kayaks ahead of time. Upon arrival, no one was there and no one answered their phone, despite the signage. Another party showed up at the same time and had the same experience. After waiting 30 minutes past the original time, I decided to go to Dustys Landing instead. Killinit is certainly not killing it except their reputation.

Alan was laid back and let us enjoy our time as soon as he dropped the paddle boards off. Quick and easy. Appreciate you brother!

This place joke. We drove all the way from Circleville to rent kayaks and we had reservations and no one was there and no one would answer the phone. Stood around and waited an hour and got no where.Thanks for nothing and wasting are time and energy! Had to give one star just to rate you,but really it a zero. Just got a text back finally and said they were closed do to the parade yet it never said anything online. We found a place to rent . Thanks also update your picture because it don't look anything like this. Mow your lawn.

When we got there they were ten minutes late and the sign said open but wasn’t open

They responded to our email by text at 1130pm. Then the day of we showed up no one was there, called the number, no response. After waiting awhile we left.

Convenient and efficient service. This was our first time renting and enjoyed the experience. Support a local business and bring cash. Looking forward to renting again soon.

Andy & the girl are fantastic, great customer service!!! Another party canceled last minute and we were able to bump up our reservation. It was our 2 kids first time (3yr & 4yr old) and they absolutely loved it!!! Will definitely book a rental again with them.

I made a reservation the night before. Admittedly it was late, but the time before I had placed the reservation the morning of and had no issues. So I placed the reservation for 11 am today. They open at 10. I texted the contact number letting them know I hadn’t received a confirmation or declination yet. They read my text and ignored me. I called and they didn’t answer. My friend called and they didn’t answer her. They never confirmed or denied my reservation in time for me to make it to their 10-15 minutes before 11 requirement. In fact, they never responded AT ALL. My friend then made a reservation for 12 and again they completely ghosted her as well. So we went to somewhere else that had MUCH higher quality and comfier kayaks, the custom service was impecable - they literally clean out every kayak prior to use and set you in it and push you into the water. I had gone to KillinIt one time before this and we waited 10-15 minutes AFTER our reservation time to get going. I’ll probably never go again. They are absolutely NOT killin it with their kayaks.

Rented a couple of kayaks from them today, and it was overall a great experience. Friendly couple, we will definitely be returning. Thanks again guys!

It was a great experience

Told us that they were closed for light rain when it passed. No text or call saying that they were closed. “Common Sense”, for a little bit of rain to which it passed in 15 minutes.
