Outstanding product of course. Nothing is better than Kinetico. They installed my whole house filter, softener system, RO system, heater and chiller in a day and my water is perfect. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I went with Kinetico after getting a quote somewhere else. The prices were comparable, but Kinetico separates the resin and carbon tanks (the other one didn't. The install took about 5 hours to install the softener, carbon and sediment filter. Plus we need a dedicated line just for the backyard (since soft water is bad for plant watering). Two installers came, were quick and professional and nice. I tested the line afterwards for micro leaks, and there were none. Overall, I am very happy with the clean install, the new soft water, and fact that there seem to be no leaks at all.

Installed a Kinetico K5. Not gonna sugar coat this. The K5 is expensive, but we felt it was worth the cost to get really great, healthy drinking water. Kinetico of LA was SUPER patient with me as I had a ton of questions while deciding between this and a Culligan system. They took texts, calls, and emails if I wanted. In the end we decided to pay more to get a better system for us. They had to reschedule the install which we didn't like, but they were professional and apologetic. They came a couple days later. The installer was very professional and considerate. Wore booties to keep our floors clean even (rare it seems in LA). Install was done fast, efficiently, he even cleaned up. I got a text the next day after install to make sure everything was working great. I had a couple issues/questions that they solved easily. Great company to work with and trust.

I had one issue with one part of the installation. The company made the change to my satisfaction. The company wants customers happy. Besides this, everything went well. In reference to the equipment, it was expensive for me. However I don't even slightly regret the purchase. I feel it, I taste it and I have confidence in the water coming into my house

I purchased the Kinetico K5 RO water filter for our new kitchen sink. I called to find out more information and Edward was very knowledgeable about the water filters available and was not pushy at all. He gave us a great deal for the holiday! He sent a technician out the very next day to install the filter and they were done in less than an hour. The technicians were also very knowledgeable about the filter and showed me all the parts to the system. Overall, I am very happy with the service and responsiveness of Edward and the staff. The filter itself is AMAZING! The water tastes great and the pressure from the faucet is better than anything I have had in the past. Thank you!

This review is long overdue. We installed our Kinetico systems based on very positive feedback from my sister, and my sister and her husband decided to install their Kinetico systems based on the 20+ years my brother-in-laws parents have had their system. We are located in the beach cities area, where the water quality is very poor and got our system for a large house installed in 2021. Edward has been amazing in out reach, communications, and overall customer education and support. I cannot express enough what a huge difference the water filters have made in how soft our skin feels and how refreshing the drinking water is, not to mention the massive savings from not buying bottled water. We have the top of the line main filter for our entire 5 bd 5 bth home, and drinking water filter for kitchen with mineral kit. The systems are paying for themselves in quality and durability. Couple a great product with receptive, responsive, and timely customer support and you get the best investment you can make for the quality of your own health as well as the protection of your plumbing (clean water in the pipes is less damaging on the plumbing). It is super low maintenance and has phenomenal performance.

I had a wonderful experience with the purchase & installation of a water softener & drinking water system from Kinetico. The team was thorough & took the time to answer all of my questions. Installation was easy to schedule & went smoothly. The system has been fantastic & I would absolutely recommend them.

Outstanding is all I can say. After doing some research I chose Kinetico to install my water system. Azat came and did a fantastic job. From start to finish he answered my questions and explained the systems features. When finished he cleaned up and took all the trash away with him leaving the area spotless. Alex was great when purchasing the system. No pressure tactics, just honest and open about what Kinetico could provide. I purchased the twin tank system and couldn't be happier.

Alex, Azat, and Nikita provided top-notch service. I had hard water - with mineral spots on my dishes and shower. And water from the faucet didn't taste great - even after being filtered. After installing the Kinetico system, my water is silky smooth, and tastes fantastic out of the new RO faucet. The team was super knowledgeable, polite, and prompt the entire time. And the install looks and functions great. There is sensor software that notifies the user when salt needs to be added to the tank. For some reason that software did not play nicely with my wireless network. Even though the app is optional and not required for the system, Nikita would not accept it not-working. He went the extra mile and troubleshot and debugged until the issue was resolved. I am very happy with the new Kinetico water system. Big thanks to the Kinetico team for making it happen.
