Great experience with this company. They called me and I was initially a little skeptical. However, they were straight talking and transparent, ultimately helping me to choose a better and more flexible option than what my mortgage company was offering and the all-in fees and interest rate was better too. The approval and closing process was also very efficient and smooth. I would definitely use them again.

Just closed a transaction today with an absolutely amazing Lender - When the client came to me, of course I had my own lenders that I wanted to refer, but he said something to me that I could not argue: he said “Dawn, this Lender has stood by my side when others told me no”. Well, I am so glad that we stuck it out with him because he was absolutely fantastic! He has a heart for service and taking care of our veterans and not only was he super communicative the whole way, but managed to close a VA loan in less than three weeks! I’ll definitely be working with him again!

When I started the process of buying a new home, I had literally 200 or so lenders call me within a week. Sean Markham, with Kinfolk Homes, stood out though. He was genuine, honest, and transparent. And before ever earning my business, he was personable and ever present. When it came down to closing the deal, Kinfolk Homes did whatever it took to ensure I got the best possible deal. They were not gonna be beat by the competition, big or small. One of the owners of the company even reached out to ensure I got the best customer service and rate on my mortgage. Once I closed, I referred multiple friends to them and Kinfolk Homes made sure they got the same great deal. If I ever purchase another home, I know for sure I’ll go with them again. And if any of my friends or family purchase a home I know who I am referring them to. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a chance to get you the best possible rate out there.
