I am extremely happy and impressed with this company. From the moment I phoned up to say about my vulnerable mums door not being able to unlock till the end when the job was completed the communication was excellent. I was reassured that someone would be with me within approx half an hour to an hour as the locksmith was on another job. This did go past this time, but i was kept informed and when the young gentleman arrived he was extremely polite, very clear and forth coming with information and explained what he would need to do and the prices. He reassured me that he would be able to fix the issue. Very clean and tidy when working, explained everything whilst doing the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for your help.

These guys were great this morning when the lock at my work office was not working. They came very quickly and helped me gain access to the building and then changed the lock straight away. Albertas came out on a Sunday at 6pm to rescue me as I was stuck in the kitchen when the door locked and wouldn't open. He sorted it so quickly and the price is cheap and cheerful. I recommend this company.
