Just got back (today 11Mar 24) from 3 weeks in USA, arranged 2x Sims so they were ready when we landed. I had trouble connecting initially but via email was sorted out immediately (turns out it was my error and not King Sims) . Used for all areas of our holiday, can highly recommend. And will definitely use then again.

My daughter and I just got back from the states and we each had a 45 day plan. Connection to T mobile was instant and we did not have one single issue our whole trip. Data worked great in Orlando and NYC. I also got free wifi on my United flights because the cell number was with T mobile! Will definitely use you guys again in the future!

Poor customer service. One esim for my Iphone worked with no issue. One SIM card did not work in the USA for an A12- obviously that part is not their fault as they are not the provider. However, failure to advise if sims will work for particular phones or not is not advised anywhere on the website - terrible and misleading. Hard to believe for a 2 year old phone. An attempt for a refund or something has been difficult with poor responses to enquires - I have had to follow up 3 times and still haven’t heard back. Their advice initially was to hotspots the other person, which is ridiculous as that is the reason we got 2 sims and it really made that part of our trip difficult and frustrating. Avoid like the plague - I haven’t got my money back.

My wife and I purchased King Sims cards before our overseas trip to the UK and Europe. We had some issues and contacted King Sims live chat. Sharon resolved our issues so that we were back online in no time. Thoroughly recommend this company for their product, but most of all for their helpful service. Fortunately, I remembered to take a photo of their helpline contact details before we left.
