Finally got my MacBook Air screen replaced after a year of putting it off, and I'm so glad I did! The service was quick, and Ian and Zee were super friendly. Plus, the price was way better than expected! Now back for round two—my phone started flickering and shutting down. Reached out to them right away, and they had it sorted in just an hour. My go-to Apple lifesavers! 🫶

Service is very good. Just got sent to my nearest home repair say he cant help because my mac still new and could be motherboard problem. But once i try here. Thank god its not about motherboard. They will inspect and diagnostic infront of you, even after already repair. Worth to try here

Thank you for saving my iPad mini!🥳 I brought my iPad here after being told by the Apple-authorised service centre that my iPad was beyond repair and I should buy a new one 🙄🙄 They were able to fix the issue and perform a factory reset, and brought my iPad back to life! Their team was so kind and helpful—highly, highly recommend them for their expertise and excellent service. 🤩

★★★★★★★★★★ (I promised to give them 10 stars manually, since Google only allows a maximum of 5 stars, haha!) My MacBook Air got stuck on the loading screen after upgrading to macOS Sequoia. I contacted Apple Support, they ask me to follow several steps, but unfortunately, the issue persisted. For my case they had to escalate to the senior team via a call. After speaking with them and the problem still not being resolved, they asked me send my MacBook to the nearest Apple Store for further inspection. After their inspection, they quoted me about 2k MYR due to a logic board issue. They also told me that my data would be lost for sure. I decided to do some research and ended up going to KissMyMac—and I’m so glad I did! Hendra and Shawn were excellent in explaining everything and doing their job. They assured me that they could fix the problem without needing to change any parts. I’m beyond grateful and happy that not only can I log in to my MacBook Air again, but they also backed up my data with no loss whatsoever, and it only cost me 108 MYR! For anyone still contemplating, rest assured that they provide very reliable MacBook service. I highly recommend them!

Shop is very welcoming, clean, cozy and you feel comfortable. The owner is very energetic, friendly and knowledgeable. He managed to get my laptop done within 16mins!! Super crazy fast. Supposed the shop close early but they still answered my call and waited me from putrajaya for 34mins to the shop. I’ll definitely recommend to my friends. My MacBook Air M2 was spilled with water last month. Since the laptop was still under warranty, I had to send it to an Apple-authorized service center. However, they couldn't solve my problem and suggested replacing many parts, including the keyboard set, logic board, Touch ID, and trackpad. The quoted price was higher than the cost of a new MacBook Air M2, which didn't make any sense. After google and read many good reviews, I sent it here. The staff diagnosed and identified the problem immediately in front of me, and only had to replace the trackpad and cable then the keyboard to work again. The problem was solved in one hour, and my MacBook is functioning well now. The staff here are more professional than the Apple-authorized service assistants they couldn't identify the problem correctly. Highly recommend KissMyMac's service!

I sent my MacBook mid 2012 for LCD replacement n upgrade to 512GB SSD at Faber Taman Desa. The service was very outstanding as he took the trouble to find and do the bootcam (in order to partition for Window) as Apple has stopped this bootcam service. He took 3 days to find the solution for me. Thanks so much 🙏 🙏
