Great to have access to the snorkels. The airconditioning is very noisy but earplugs are provided. We found that opening the windows (were it was possible) was a better solution.

Apartments view is absolutely stunning. Pool and spa are very nice, not overly busy which was good. The towels, snorkeling gear etc. was nice to have. Having a car park available was also very helpful.Only downsides were that the 3rd bed wasn’t advertised as a pull out couch bed, bit of a shock when we arrived. It meant that part of group had to sleep in the lounge room which then made the space feel a bit cramped.There was also stains on the linen, which isn’t something you want to see when going to sleep/showering.Overall, the location is gorgeous and it is fairly easy to get around the area. Just a few small points that brought it down slightly, but would stay here again, but maybe only with 2 couples.

This is the best check-in instructions anyone could have, especially when using a lock box. We were sent videos of where to park, how the lock box worked and how to find the condo. What a great idea! The deck was fantastic. We spent many hours there watching the sunset and listening to the waves crash.

This place was amazing. Just give it a day to cool down after the ac units run. Perfect location.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Clean, beautiful, spacious, great location, and had every supply we could want including snorkel gear and beach chairs. The view was spectacular and we sat on a bench by the water and watched sea turtles swim about. There is a nice walking path that begins next to it and goes along the water with great views. The master bedroom was a bit warm for us but the second bedroom was the perfect temperature. We did not reach out to see if there was anything else we could do about the temperature though either. We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this place to others.

It has everything you need for a beach day. I really appreciated the decor. The freestanding air conditioning units were terrible. I felt like I slept in a dishwasher. So instead of using them in the rooms at night, we stayed up late enough to open up the windows and just use the fan overhead fans

Overall a wonderful stay in a great location! Gorgeous views and lovely property. We had a few questions and small things come up and the property managers get back to you quickly.

Perfect location, and great view. At first sight, the portable air conditioners were kind of an eyesore, but we really appreciated coming home to an air-conditioned condo. Everything was as shown in the pictures and very easily accessible.

Amazing location and the condo was beautiful. We were sad to leave. They had a property manager named Corey who was more than helpful and easy to get ahold of.

The condo was beautiful and very spacious! Lots of room for our family to spread out both inside as well as on the wrap around balcony. The condo and balcony have stunning ocean views! The condo was fully stocked with everything we could need in the kitchen as well as for the beach (towels, snorkeling gear, chairs, umbrella, even soft sided coolers). Everything was very clean and perfectly maintained. The accommodations really added to our vacation since we were so comfortable there. Not to mention the lovely pool and hot top that is just steps away. Check-in was super easy with great instructions. The portable AC units were nice to have for the warmer days and evenings. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Kauai. The location is great, so close to Poipu beach. Thank you for making our trip fabulous!!

This was the perfect spot for our family to start our vacation. Great trail for walking and super fun beaches minutes away

We had an extremely comfortable stay! The unit was light & airy, well appointed, & in a GREAT location (walkable to Poipu beach). High ceilings upstairs with A/C units throughout. It's a corner unit with a lovely balcony (wrapping around 2-sides) that overlooked the pool and ocean with table & chairs plus 2 lovely lounge chairs (great if you want to recline outside w/out going to the pool). Lots of thoughtful touches: large clothes hampers in the bedroom closets, lots of pool equipment/beach towels/ice chest/snorkels/beach chairs, etc. were available, lots of electrical and USB outlets for charging electronics, and a huge modern washing machine & drier (which meant we didn't have to pack a ton).There are a lot of steps to get to the unit from the parking lot: 8 steps down/then 8 steps to a landing/and then 16 steps up to the second floor. Anyone with stairs difficulty should be aware of that. The one flight of steps in the unit were sturdy and easy.I would absolutely stay again!

This place was great! We have stayed in this area multiple times and this was by far the best views yet. We even saw a whale! The kitchen had the necessities and even came with some cooking basics and coffee which is not found in all units around the Poupi area. Great instructions, beach gear, and easy parking make this place a must book for our next stay.

Great stay! Interior design is fresh and inviting. The complex itself is a little tired but the unit and pool were great and that’s all that mattered.
