Great location for great price. We enjoyed staying here. The only thing worth mentioning is parking is tight if you drive a large size suv like wagoneer

My family and I loved our stay at Rico’s and Cinzia’s place! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and conveniently located. The hosts provided very clear instructions for our late check-in, helping us settle in very smoothly. Highly recommended!

This space was perfect for our family group which included a young child. The fact that it was so close to Pepperdine made getting to graduation extremely easy without having to battle any traffic. All the stores were in close proximity. The space was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was large, private and quiet- we enjoyed a great stay.

Estadia maravilhosa. O apartamento era exatamente como nas fotos, muito bem cuidado, limpo e tudo com muito capricho. O lugar é de fácil acesso e muito tranquilo. O serviço dos anfitriões por mensagem foi excelente. Mandaram as instruções antes, estavam sempre disponíveis para responder e foram extremamente atenciosos. Tinham alguns mimos (chips, biscoito, café e produtos de limpeza e higiene) que mostram o cuidado e zelo com que tudo é feito. Simplesmente amamos nossa estadia lá. Voltaria com certeza!!!!

Perfect condo for our family of 5! Beautiful views and great location to the Malibu country mart - with plenty of shops, some restaurants and a Whole Foods. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and my kids appreciated the pool! We will definitely stay here again.

This was a nice place with plenty of room for multiple people however there is only one major bathroom. During our stay the shower was not working and after multiple attempts to get it fixed it never was. There is a shower at the pool house across the parking lot. Things happen and they were very transparent about the issue and I'm sure they had it resolved after we left, but ti did leave a little stain on our trip. Other than that its in a good location and is a very nice comfortable place to stay. They do need to put some screens on the bottom floor rooms since there is no AC it would have been nice to leave the windows open but you really can't as the screens are not there.

This place is well maintained and nicely decorated. They have higher quality features and furniture. The shower temperature is a little tricky to navigate, but can be figured out with patience. Customer service was great. They were very responsive before and after our stay. The area is perfect - close to shops and restaurants.
