Kramer Cremation could not have been more professional, supportive and compassionate. Even at 4:00 in the morning, they encompassed the utmost respect and compassion when transporting my dad immediately after his death. Losing a parent is hard enough, but planning what comes next is something you just don’t think about until it’s time. The Kramer Family Funeral home has been amazing through this whole process, providing support and guidance making this one less thing we’ve had to worry about. I’ve had 6 deaths in my family in the past 5 years, with July being my younger brother Mark Roberts. I had the most incredible assistance from Kramer and Kramer funeral home. We have used their services several times, most recently for my father (Cyphers) and they handle our loved ones with so much care. We got multiple updates along the way of the process and they were always available when I had questions. Kayle was wonderful and very helpful when we picked up the ashes. Although there was a hiccup in the death certicates we received, in that the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's office made an error, Kramer Family Funeral Home stood behind their customer service values and corrected this error to our satisfaction.

Words do not describe the experience that we had with Kramer. Most definitely the most affordable. But most of all they were the most caring and compassionate individuals I have encountered in a very long time. Anytime that we had questions they responded quickly. They gave us constant updates and our loved ones ashes was back way before we had expected. Highly recommended and again 10-star review.

I should be able to put a 10 star review because that's what they deserve. They kept us updated always kept us in the loop and everything happened right on time and earlier than we even expected. I had to lay my brother to rest. And in the near future I'm going to come back here and make arrangements for my husband and I. Highly recommend Kramer
