I want to take a moment to acknowledge the kindness my family was shown here, because it meant more than I can fully express.
I came in needing a temporary urn for my daughter, Sophia Martinez, who passed just a few weeks ago at the age of 19. This was an incredibly tender moment for me as a parent, and I wasn’t sure what to expect walking in.
Kayla met me with genuine compassion, patience, and grace. There was no rush, no pressure, and no sense that this was just a transaction. She listened, she acknowledged my loss, and she treated both Sophia and our family with dignity and care.
What stood out most was her quiet generosity. Kayla offered the urn freely, not as a business decision, but as a human one. In a moment of deep grief, that simple act said, “You’re not alone in this,” and it mattered more than she may realize.
Kindness and gentleness go a long way when someone is walking through loss. Kayla embodied that completely, and I will always be grateful. Thank you to Kayla and to Kramer’s for leading with humanity when it mattered most.

Horrible, horrible place. I would not trust them with anything. This place picked up my father, and then called that night to ask us where he was! Time of death was wrong on certs, stay away from this place, they will loose your love one. I dont even trust the ashes we got are my father.

Michael our deepest sympathies during this difficult time. We have a very comprehensive double check process for each phase, and we can assure you your loved one was never lost. The time of death on the death certificate comes from the attending doctor and we have no control over what the doctor enters. I can see our staff had the death certificate audited and approved by your family before ordering. We are truly sorry for your loss and wish you peace and healing.
