A real delight to work with Chris, who came to clean out my AC unit which I was worried was full of mold. I have birds and I'm also sensitive to many types of cleaners, so I asked if he would be willing to use just vinegar and water to clean it and he was super accommodating with that. He arrived right on time, made sure everything was protected before he started, and cleaned up efficiently afterwards. Mostly he was just a really pleasant guy to work with in an industry where there are a lot of jerks! He will be my go to AC guy from now on

Are they the cheapest? No. But they are flexible, responsive, and had great availability when I was (over) due for my AC cleaning. They left no trace that they had been there aside from an AC working wayyyyy better than when they had arrived. And their office followed up on the next business day to make sure I was satisfied.

Chris, the technician, really knew what he was doing. Our AC unit needed a replacement part. He needed to check if they had it in stock. We agreed that he could leave and he would get back to me once he found out. Not only did he get back to us, but he came back the same day to install the new part. He was well groomed, courteous and polite. He easily deserves five stars. The horrible customer service person I had to deal with to set up the appointment was terrible. She lied. She was more concerned with proving she was right than helping a customer. BTW - she was not right as I could prove via a copy of our text exchanges. She deserves a one star. She certainly would not be working for my company.

So happy! Quick response on request for quote and scheduled within a few days. Difficult to find companies who will do deep clean on our Mr Cool diy split ac unit. But Kung Fu took the challenge and Taylor did a quick and awesome job taking out all the gross stuff . Our ac is blowing cooler and better then ever. Thanks Taylor and Kung Fu will definitely call again for our regular service.

Kung Fu air service installed a window air con for me. The communication was great, they always texted me back when I had a question. They came on time, finished and cleaned up in 2 hours. I am very satisfied with their service.

We had an issue with one of the split ACs, and submitted an inquiry through Yelp. Chris responded super quickly and came out to fix the problem the same day. He was super friendly and informative as to what was wrong with the AC. He also offered different options on how to remedy the issue. We were thrilled to have the AC fixed and were super happy with the professionalism and timeliness of service!

Quality local company. They were available to work with my days off, arrived on time and Chris provided information and insight on what he felt was the likely issue. I was worried I would have to wait for him to fix it another day, but he bounced right back with the equipment. It's only been a week but the money I save on efficiency will quickly cover the cost of the service making it a great value. I have already recommended him to a friend.
