For example, while we often offer free installation (labour) for washing machines, this does not cover plumbing materials if your laundry room is not prepared. We supplied and installed a washing machine for you in August 2022, so we’re unsure where this particular concern is coming from. For items like solar systems and TVs, we clearly list additional products and services—such as surge protectors and installation—on the checkout page. These optional services are not included in the base price, as only about 40% of customers choose them. Feedback has indicated that presenting these options at checkout allows customers to select only the extras they need, rather than paying for services they may not use. What are your thoughts on this, Charles? While we strive to offer high-quality, genuine products at competitive prices, we understand that lower initial purchase prices can sometimes be found elsewhere. However, our focus remains on providing not just genuine items, but also comprehensive support, warranties, and after-sales service that ensure long-term reliability and peace of mind.
