Nick was great with quote response and pricing. Our timelines didn't work out since it was super short notice but he was extremely professional and accommodating and even offered to send his guys mid day to try and work with us. Im confident I will use Nick and his team in my next move (fingers crossed that's years away because moving sucks!). Thanks.

I used them for a second move last month. It wasn't terrible, but I absolutely would not use them again. 1) My previous move included packing. This move included packing. It is the primary reason I hire movers. They showed up without packing materials. They claimed my intake form didn't include a request for packing. That would have never happened - again, it was the entire reason I was hiring them. The problem came in that they didn't say anything until I noticed that whole rooms, like the bathroom, weren't being touched hours in. I got pissed and starting packing my-fucking-self, and that is when they said something. Why wouldn't you communicate that in the beginning? Insanity. I'm not giving one star because once we did discuss, they offered to go get packing materials and try to make it right. But it was already taking too long. I wanted them to do as much as they could and just be done with it. 2) Because they didn't pack everything, I spent hours afterwards finishing the packing. Me and my back were pissed. Especially after paying all that money. 3) I downsized from a three bedroom to a one bedroom. My initial move was from a two bedroom with an elevator (so additional waiting). Why did it take the same amount of time or money to pack up and move a one bedroom? No discount for fucking up the move too and not communicating about no packing materials until hours in? Diabolical. Did I still tip? Of course. I don't know how much of the hourly rate the movers actually get, and they still did the labor; I tip for my peace of mind that I'm not participating in exploitation. 4) They also took the power cords off two of the 3 TVs. I didn't notice because I had only dealt with the TV WITH the cords still attached. That is unheard of. No movers do that. They wrap the cords and tape them to the TV. That's what the movers did during the last job, and what every previous moving company has done. So I paid to have TVs mounted that couldn't be turned on. I reached out to them and they came over to make it right. 5) Although I was pissed about everything, I appreciated that they made it right. So I decided not to update my review... until I finished unpacking my bedroom and realized they damaged my very expensive fucking nightstand. It wobbles like I've never seen any furniture wobble. The rage I feel cannot be described. Literally with a tight chest and shortened breath I'm so fucking pissed. I'm done with these people. I'll pay more for white glove service because I've already paid for this shit with actual dollars, inconvenience, wasted time, and rage which is probably aging me right now.

This review is seven months overdue. And since I was a repeat customer, you can add another 11 months to that. Both moves went smoothly. The crews worked hard and efficiently. They were pleasant and friendly, and were careful with my possessions. Since you are giving them all the information they will have about the quantity of possessions they will be moving, it's pretty important that you spend some time making sure you are on the same page with the estimate. I didn't do that, and it took longer and cost more than I anticipated. Live and learn. The first move I self-packed. Nothing was damaged. The second move, I was offered free labor and materials. Of course that sounded good. If you accept that offer, you may want to supply your own materials or have a very in-depth conversation about who provides what, and in what condition. I had some angst about the packing process, and unfortunately, although only one thing got broken, it was my favorite Dansk serving bowl. But here's where they stand out. They didn't just blow me off because insurance would have only paid something nuts like 60 cents. The crew leader went online and found a replacement in new condition and had it shipped to me. I was totally impressed that he did that, even though they were having a slow period around the holidays. So even though this review was slow in the making, I'm not gonna blow these guys off. They have my recommendation for hard and careful work, and general demeanor...and for making the extra effort to make sure I was happy at the end of the day.

Kz2 was the best choice for moving across the city. We moved with less than a month notice, but had no problem getting our targeted date scheduled. Alex and his team were efficient, careful, and professional. They effectively moved us from a tough fourth floor apartment to our new place, disassembling and reassembling our bed, taking our TV off the wall, all in under 5 hours. Great value, and made a world of difference for our move. Would absolutely trust them with any move!

Siarhei and his team did a fabulous job with the moving. They're very careful with fragile items. Quick and efficient. Excellent service and reasonable price!

We're so happy that we chose Kz2 Moving Company for our 1bd apartment move from SF to the East Bay. Siarhey and Azim showed up prepared and on time and, most importantly, they were efficient, professional, respectful and handled our stuff with care. It took them 2 hours to load the truck and 1 hour to unload it and they didn't waste any time. The pricing was fair and transparent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move.

Biggest thanks to Oljas aka Oscar, Azim, Akbar and Nurik- great team who seamlessly moved us from SF to LA. We had quite a bit of stuff, various plants and a lot of art work- everything arrived safely. This guys were efficient, friendly and very easy to work with. Totally recommend!

I highly recommend Kz2 for your next move. They were prompt, handled everything with great care and were very kind. I did a lot of research before picking a moving company, and I am so happy that I picked them.

This guys are professionals! Communication is on a high level, manager is always available to answer any questions. Movers arrived on time, they were very hardworking and time efficient, also I liked how they handled my belongings, they did a terrific job packing my staff and protecting furniture. 10 out of 10!
