The staff are all very friendly and courteous. Dr. Sevara is easy to understand and knowledgeable but sometimes speaks too softly for my old, unassisted ears.
This morning's crown installation was done very quickly and painlessly. Overall I am quite pleased with them for my dental care.

I was beyond impressed with the level of service I received. I had a great experience with Dr Marly and her assistant Venecia! They were efficient, thorough and understanding! Jamie, at the front desk, went above and beyond ! She was helpful, attentive and went out of her way for me! And Susan, at the front desk, greeted and treated me like I was family! It’s hard to find great customer service these days. This group exceeded my expectations! I would and will definitely recommend Lakewood Family Dental - Carmel!!!

I been going here for months with absolutely no issue until today they switched my dentist without my knowledge and she was trying to enforce that I have to get crown pay half money and I told her I’m not doin that so we can tooth extraction instead of her listening she got up left the receptionist was no help either I’m telling her what’s was my other options she ignored me answer the phone . This has to be rudest experience ever

Appt for crown replacement. I have terrible anxiety at the dentists office, but dentist was so good, I actually relaxed! I just found my new dentist.

I had high expectations of Lakewood Family Dental because my insurance company rated them with 5 stars. My experience greatly exceeded 5 stars !
Dr. Koneru and staff were extremely efficient, caring, and professional!
During my exam I was provided with lucrative advice regarding my issue and I chose to proceed immediately. I am thrilled with the results !
The procedure was very quick and painless.
Dr. Koneru’s staff went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, making me feel appreciated and important to their business.
In less than 8 days I again have a perfect ( and I mean PERFECT) smile and no jaw pain !! Thank you Dr. Koneru!
I highly recommend Lakewood Family Dental to all. I
