Not professional at all, multiple phone calls and wouldn’t even give a price

super unprofessional. so i called this company to get a simple quote for a limo. i am in the urban industry in magazine publications. so he responds to me he doesnt want to be on my instagram because of my "niche" ummm ok i do tend to give shouts to the services i receive photography make up etc to give credit when one is earned... owner then flashes a gun on my page with money as if the gun is going to do anything? really? all i needed was a quote. super unprofessional and probably not safe!! Tried to remove my yelp review. Then additionally, he found my professional profile and in retaliation he left me bad reviews claiming I called his wife the B word. Won't state on here so my review doesn't get removed.

Great car (61 Bentley), punctual and flexible service, and reliable. Used them for our wedding. Driver was flexible when we had to switch parks to take our wedding photos. Could not have asked for better service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We wanted to book with them for our wedding transportation after seeing some decent reviews. The owner is completely incompetent and when trying to sign the contract, we had to review the documents 7 different times because he kept making mistakes. Very simple things too— kept messing up our names, wedding date, credit card number and more. Every time we would tell him what was wrong with the contract, he would somehow create a new mistake that wasn’t there before. We were just going in circles for weeks. We ultimately had to cancel our reservations with them because we could no longer deal with this nonsense of going back-and-forth. This is not somebody who we would trust for our wedding day transportation and I suggest you save yourself the headache.

This is my go-to limo company for my clients. I am a wedding planner here in Los Angeles and trust me when I tell you that it’s complicated to find a transportation provider you can trust to handle an event such as a wedding. I’ve used several services before and they all had issues such as arriving late, outdated vehicle and etc.. Unlike these other companies, John & his team are seasoned professionals. I’ve worked with them for over two years now and they have NEVER let me down.

Needed a last minute ride from Beverly hills to San Diego and I contacted LA Limos. The rep I was speaking to, John, was really professional. He quoted be the best rate out of all the other companies I reached out to and the ride went according to plan. They had even stocked the vehicle with ice cold water which was a plus especially since it was over 100 degrees outside.

From the very beginning, they were professional and courteous, which made the booking process a breeze. On the night of our event, the party bus we had booked was clean and comfortable, and our chauffeur was friendly and attentive. He made sure everyone had a great time and got home safely at the end of the night. We couldn't have asked for more!

Need a car from LAX to Disneyland last week and I reached out to LA Limos. They were very prompt, friendly and courteous. The SUV picked us up once we landed and we enjoyed a smooth and comfortable ride to our hotel. Overall great service and I’ll be using them again when I come back to Los Angeles.

This was probably the best customer service I have ever received in my life! My sister hired them for her wedding last year, so I called them up last-minute when I needed transportation services for my big day. Everything was spot-on, their prices are competitive, and the whole experience went flawlessly.

My wife came across Los Angeles Limousine Services and we ended up booking a Party Bus as well as a classic limo for our wedding and we couldn't be any happier with the service we received. Mark, our Chauffeur is a stand-up guy! He made sure all of our needs were met during the duration of the rental and he was very attentive to our guests. All I can say is that I will never use anyone else for my transportation needs. I wanted to do something special for my brothers wedding so I decided to book them a limousine. I decided to move forward with LA Limos because they were very friendly and their prices were also great. My brother was blown away once the vehicle arrived to his house and he was very pleased with the services that were rendered by this company.

I booked a Rolls Royce for my trip to Los Angeles from this company and all I can say is that we enjoyed the entire experience. Our driver was Artur and he was very kind. He gave us a tour of LA and we visited many popular landmarks during the duration of our rental. We will definitely use them again on our next trip!
