Valley Gutter Replacement Between Two Garage Roofs (SS2) Very nice person with the best communication and availability of anyone I contacted to quote, which is why we moved forward with them. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of work left. In the recently completed gutter valley a few of the issues were... pooling, where joints have been designed/laid incorrectly, including seams not overlapped with the fall. Also, steel corrugated roofing sheets with sharp edges were left resting on the soft rubber, within no time this would have cut through the gutter. Also, the material was not laid sufficiently high on the side of the valley.

Tiled roof on porch (RM9) Would like to say thank you to L&J Roofing Services ltd for building the roof for my porch I found Tyler to be very professional, competitively priced and very helpful. Consulted me at every step and went out of his way to make sure i was completely happy with the work Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Chimney stack repoint and repair (SS1) Prompt no fuss service, on time, quality workmanship highly recommended

3 Pitched new roofs and a new flat roof (CM2) L&J very kindly stepped in to help me when the roofer I was using let me down early on in the job causing no end of stress. They not only fixed the issues from the previous roofer but completed the job in a timely manor (at a competitive price) to an excellent standard keeping us on track to finish on schedule. Highly recommended.

Roof Tile (CM11) Helped us out with a loose roof tile. Job done nice and quickly and to a high standard. Would recommend.

3 new windows (SS13) Had 3 new windows fitted. They look amazing. Friendly team and great work thank you

Flat roofs (SS16) Having recently used L&J for our roof work I would highly recommend Tyler and his team. Very attentive, extremely good communication throughout and were always early to arrive each day ready to start when they had said they would. The work they completed was to a High standard and we were extremely happy with what was completed and was completed in the time frame they advised.

Tile replacements and pointing Leigh-on-sea (SS9) L&J roofing have been excellent from start to finish. Very courteous, clean and tidy, decent price and punctual. I will be calling upon them for all of my future roofing needs!

New batten and felt for tiled roof (CM3) Would definitely recommend for anyone needing roof work. Very honest assessment and timely completion of work. Tyler and his team were polite, friendly and arrived on time every day. All waste was tidied away and area was swept when the job was finished.

Shed roof and porch pointing (SS6) After the recent storms our shed roof was ripped up By the high winds. Tyler and his team came to give me a quote at the time agreed and once we decided to go ahead they completed the works within a few days (at the agreed time) He kept us up to date on options and what was being completed and provided a guarantee for the work done. We are very happy with the work done.

EPDM roof on a small outbuilding. (CM12) The lads came down, did a quick measure up and checked the surface etc. Next day, there were in, defrosted the roof and were set ready and done after a few hours. What more could you ask. Quick. Tidy and polite. Paid immediately as tradesmen should be, and we’re all happy.

New Roof (SS16) Following the storm in November, noticed I had water coming in from my loft. Obviously not knowing who to contact, found this company via checkatrade and read the reviews others have left. I was fortunate Tyler was available to come over the same day to get a quote, and within 2 weeks was able to get new roof, felt and batten and lead replaced around chimney and boiler flue. Progress photos also given so I could see what was being carried out. Tyler and his team were very polite and would recommend to give Tyler a call for your roofing needs.

Roof (SS12) From the First contact made calls were returned. Photographs taken so we were able to see the extent of work that needed. We had regular updates of the work. Work started when they said. First class from start to finish

Replacing Garage roof (SS6) From my initial phone call until the end of the job Tyler and his team have been excellent. Turned up when they said for the initial quote , gave an honest opinion of the job and the options , came back quickly with the quote at a reasonable price and then turned up nice and early on the day they said they would start . The work was completed to an excellent standard with all rubbish cleared and throughout the process we found Tyler and the team to be honest , polite and very professional, we would recommend them highly.

Replace small soffit and wood behind it (SS6) New soffit was fixed on part of roof. Timber needed replacing behind it. Punctual and friendly, messaged to apologise when couldn’t make the original date rather than just not turn up!

Replaced Flat Roof (SS7) From my first phone call to completion of the roof replacement, this company acted in the most professional and courteous way. All questions/requests by me were fully answered and dealt with. This is not the first occasion that they have worked at my home and I would happily call upon them in the future.

Complete New Roof, 2 x Flat Roofs and Skylight Window. (CM11) Tyler and his team worked tirelessly in making sure the work was done promptly and professionally. Great team, arrived as agreed, scaffolding was removed on date agreed. Very polite, professional and just an excellent company. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend this company.
