Excellent experience, end-to-end, as always with Norman Landsberg!

I can’t say enough good things about Landsberg Jewelers! Our family has trusted them for generations, starting with Norman Landsberg, who my father relied on for many years. After Norman passed away, his son Jeff took over the business, and I’m so glad he did. Jeff is honest, fair, and an absolute pleasure to work with. It’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism and personal care, and Landsberg Jewelers truly embodies this. We feel lucky to continue this family tradition with such a trustworthy and skilled jeweler. Highly recommend!

Terrific store in the Jewelry District. Stella was lovely and very helpful, and John Landsberg couldn’t have been nicer. Their prices are also very competitive. We’ll be back. We went back a year later and had the same great experience with Jessica. Very happy with their service and merchandise.

Took a John Hardy silver signet ring to be re-engraved and the letters blackened. Jeff (one of the owners) was super friendly and helpful. I was notified by email when the work was done. The results were great. Very fair price. I would highly recommend Landsberg

Could not be happier! They had the exact cut we were looking for and couldn't find anywhere else, and pricing was more than reasonable for them to make exactly what we wanted custom with that stone. Michelle was so sweet, so responsive, and made sure we were comfortable through the entire process after an awful experience with our previous jeweler. I don't think we'll be looking for diamond jewelry anywhere else ever again. Love this place!

Wonderful experience. Came in needing an old chain repaired, and Gail was immediately helpful and knowledgeable. She turned it around in no time at all, and it looks even better than when I got it!

We’ve had such great experiences with Landsberg. They have been our family jeweler for years and most recently did a wonderful job redesigning my engagement ring. Michelle is the best to work with. She is patient, knowledgeable and is a true expert.

Needed to get my engagement ring resized, and because they have a jeweler on site, they did it in less than an hour! It looks amazing and they cleaned it too! Only ~$80, which is definitely a great price for such a quick turnaround and high quality work!
