Absolutely pathetic experience. Paid for express one day delivery. They did not even shipped for 3 days. I received it after 7 days. Why to charge when you can't provide service. I asked them for refund of express delivery, they did not even replied for 15 days.
And their audocity to ask me my feedback, feedback link is also designed in a deceitful manner. If you want to give 5 /4 star, it will direct you here on Google review page. If you give 3 and below it will direct you to their WhatsApp no. So that people does not give actual reviews.
Lapgadget forgot, how it works. And after 15-20 days they are asking me upi id to refund express delivery charges. Why do you require it, can't you just refund on the original payment method. I refused to give them upi id. I don't want any refund, keep it with you.

Ordered my laptop speaker replacement, owner called me and told me to pay the amount in order to deliver as I had selected COD. When I didn't pay, the owner canceled the order.
Don't buy from this site it's a scam.

I had a good experience buying my macbook battery from Lap Gadgets. They were able to resolve my queries before I placed the online order. I had asked for the same day delivery. But the delivery did not happen the same day, but they informed about the same and delivered it the next day and said I will get the refund of extra delivery charges that I had paid for same day del. I am not sure it that has happened yet. I am happy with the product. The product was same as it was in the description. I will use them for my next relevant purchases.

Worst service, would not recommend at all. I ordered a laptop screen and asked them to cancel before delivery. I didn't even receive the order as well as refund. Their support team not even responds on emails and don't even answer the calls.
